I got this dummy battery to use with the Panasonic Lumix GX85. It works great so far, I have had the camera on for over 3 hours while live streaming and the camera stayed cool and kept full power the whole time. You can also use it on the go with a battery pack so you don't need to carry spare batteries. Great product for the price and I would recommend it to others.

This dummy battery fits and works great with my Panasonic GX-85. There is a piece of loose metal in the connector, so the build quality isn’t to OEM or camera-shop level 3rd party equipment. But, there are not many choices, and it works well at the moment at least!

MUST HAVE if you record in a LONG setting/stationary. Especially with these cameras, as they have no other option to stay powered 247

Works perfect with the GX85. Just connect it via USB to a power bank or V-Mount Battery. Now I can film for hours without interruptIon.

Product is great hooked it up to a 10000mah external battery pack. Which should allow for many hours of shooting. The only draw back is the battery door will not close so you run the risk of breaking it off. I don't think that is worth it, also you will not be able to attache camera to a tripod. I think I will keep it but unfortunately I don't think I will be using it that often until I can figure something out about these issues. I suggest you use a flat cable instead when u do this give me a discount 😆
