This candle has a relaxing scent . I am a huge lavendar fan and use bath salts nightly with my bath to help me relax. It's hard to find lavendar candles that aren't too strong. This candle for me has the perfect strength of scent for a room. It is not a candle that will smell the entire house. This candle by Chesapeake Bay mind &Body has the perfect scent for relaxing. The combination of Sage and lavendar provides the best scent for winding down, and relaxing.This candle would be perfect for anyone who loves candles or is looking to give as a gift. The holder is a great durable design. It has a pretty purple color. The burn time for the medium candle is 54 hours which I find great compared to other candles this size.I am going to have to try other ones in the mind and body collection but really loved the pause candle. I have used in the bath and it's amazing for relaxation

The Subjective review: I did not like the scent. Not what I was expecting. I was hoping for something different and it turned out to be too soft and it smells like dollar-store multipurpose cleaner scent.The Objective review: The product is good overall. The quality of it is very good. The size is a somewhat smaller that what you would get for the same money in a store like Marshalls, Burlington, TJ Maxx and the like. The glass holder is thick, heavy and nicely decorated, and the wood cap is nicely finished. It has three wicks and scent spreads out fast. It would definitely make a nice gift for scented candle lovers. Has a premium look to it. It was packed in a box with bubble wrap and brown paper, very secure.

There is only one thing that I instantly disliked about this candle: I am sure it will not last long enough. ;) The scent is very delicate and nice. It would definitely make a nice gift for someone.This is an emergency use candle and I have not burned it long enough to be able to tell you how long it will last.

I discovered this brand of candles on Amazon and I like them so much better than "department store" brands. The candle itself looks nice with a fancy wood lid, and this one has an added layer of textured, colored film over the frosted glass that still shows the flicker through, but dresses it up and adds a pop. The scent is so fresh and clean without being floral, perfect for an office, any gender, bathrooms, or when your parents are coming to visit and you want your place to smell like you just cleaned. The bottom says 54 hours of burn time and I usually find that to be pretty accurate if not longer with this brand of candle. They do their math and have the right ratio of surface area to number of wicks that make them last.

We always order these candles. They're amazing.However, we order 6 candles of one scent- orange peel and cedar wood in 3 different sizes: (2) 8.3oz, (2) 12.5oz and (2) 11oz, yet somehow they screwed that up and gave us (2) 12.5oz in the Tobacco Cedar instead of the ONE SCENT weI've looked around the page, but that was so help, I don't know how or who to message to fix this because we do not feel like we should have to send/return the mess ups back. We would like what we ordered sent out ASAP if possible; (2) 12.5oz ORANGE PEEL AND CEDARWOOD please. Thank you.

Compared to the other Chesapeake bay candles this one is a little bit on the weaker side but still smells great. The scent is different which I like, but I also believe it to burn more quickly than the others I’ve purchased. Making this candle one that I don’t light very often in hopes to preserve it.

Nice fresh clean scent, Burned all the way to the bottom. Lid to extinguish so no dirty smoke. Liked but did not love the scent. Will try other scents from this company. Received in a safe package. Little casual for a gift.

I bought this to give as a gift, that cant happen because it was melted. could not even get to the wicks! i love the scent and the look but i cant give a melted candle to anyone. But i asked for a differant one, and they sent me a new one . Looks great!

Love the mild scent to this one, it is not over powering! Burn in my bedroom and I am very pleased, almost a month and I am just above half burnt... only lighting for a couple hours here and there but still very pleased!!

I love this candle! The scent is gentle, warm and very clean. So far seems to be long lasting as well. Will definitely be ordering again.

I genuinely think there was a mix up when pouring this candle at the factory. I know my scents and essential oils well and this does not smell anything like eucalyptus, fir or petitgrain. This candle smells absolutely vile and I had to blow it out as it was making it hard to breathe. I thought perhaps it was just me but my partner, mother and sister both had the same experience. The smell is so strong and off putting it makes you choke. At this point I'm not sure how or if it's worth the hassle to return it.

I used to buy Bendell candles but since thats no longer possible these candles also soy based are a great value and burn well with a nice scent

This candle has a very fresh scent. I bought two more as gifts. Lots of burning time.
