As other reviews mention, the mop head doesn't lock properly with the handle, so if you lift the handle, the mop head falls off about every other time or more. Not so hard to get used to that, but still, it's pretty much defective, right? The piece to make it lock properly is there, it just looks like whoever manufactured it had their measurements wrong, because there's pretty much no way to get the handle piece into the mop head piece far enough to lock it. Duct tape is on my shopping list, hopefully that will help!No instructions came with the mop. I honestly haven't tried the telescoping feature because I can't even figure out how to get it to come out! After reading other people's reviews it sounds like it doesn't work well anyway so I'll leave it hidden.I'm giving this two stars because I can use the mop to clean my floor, albeit with careful maneuvering so I don't lose the mop head. I have a tiny apartment so the mop head falling off repeatedly is surely not as frustrating for me as it would be for someone who has more floors to clean than me.I would only give one star to an item that was completely non-functional so I'll give this two stars. I'll definitely replace the mop once I find a deal on one that functions properly.

hello, with the water shortage upon us, we needed a better way of cleaning our boat. using a spray cleaner/wax compound and this super handy mop, the waterless cleaning is simple and fast. we still use some water on some days, but it is not an everyday usage of water. this waterless method is simple and it does get the boat clean without water. does the liquid solution last forever? no, but if there is a maxi pack of quick detailer available, that also does the cleaning job without using water. so, this mop had to have a smaller handle to neatly store in the triangular dock box. it neatly twists and shortens itself until it fits in the dock box. if an additional length is needed for over the side cleaning, the head actually pulls out and allows a couple of feet of extension cleaning. but, from the dock itself, the original length is just fine. the head has two surfaces, so if one get loaded with some dirt, flip it over for a clean side. they can be washed after each use. if water is needed, it acts like a regular mop, too. what a great product and the delivery was fast.

**Edited to 3 stars becaus after several washes, the fabric attachment doesn't stick well to the plastic hook/loop texture on the plastic mop head. It comes loose easily while dusting.**I gave it 4 stars because the quality isn't as nice as I would expect (a lot of plastic), and my order didn't come with the flexible attachment (the pink flex extention) that's shown in the picture. But as far as performance goes, this thing really does the trick! It gets in very hard-to-reach places (like nooks under my table's legs, under armoires, couches, and other furniture), and picks up a lot of loose dust bunnies.For my all-wood-and-tile floors, my cleaning routine typically begins with this mop, to pull dust out from all the furniture, followed by a good ole-fashioned sweeping (or vacuuming), and then a wet/steam mop.

The pads don't stay attached very well. I clean up tons of dog hair so I tend to sweep everything towards a pile and give the mop a little shake which causes the pads to flop around loosely. The cleaning side is only for light clean-up duty. on my floors it just leaves streaks but I realize I have a LOT of dirt from heavy foot traffic and pets. Overall this mop is a good size, is able to fit in small spaces, like under the pedals on a piano, and under edges of furniture. It also has a nice wide cleaning area. My only complaint is the lack of holding power.

Just had my mop delivered and works great on my tile floor to keep up with the pet hair. Compact but the two sides make a difference doing a quick dry mop job!Love the ease under bed and sofa.The locking mechanism in the handle itself could use a bit of improvement. All in all satisfied.

Difficult to choose between 3 & 4 stars. It's the right idea, wrong execution. Handle clip broke during first use. Luckily, duct tape fixes everything and it's worked superbly ever since.

My mop/fabric part does not want to stick/stay on!

The first thing that happened when I gave it to the person I had purchased it for, was the button that holds the flexible rod in place broke off. I am figuring out how to return it now.

Handle not easy to put together ..or I wasn't sure how.

Just got this product, after a lot of research here on Amazon. Needed something suitable for my new tiled bathroom floor, which would fit under the suspended bathroom basin and toilet. Normal brushes don't fit underneath. It has the added benefit of being long enough to use to buff the wall tiles too. Easy to flip it over and use both sides - one to wash and one to buff. It's good quality and does the trick. Love the colour! All I would say is that it came very over-packaged - a box within a bigger box and a huge amount of brown paper too.

cheap and cheerful this item is not worth the money and the Velcro does not hold the material in place and after hand washing t has shrunk so the BIG THUMBS DOWN
