I purchased a double DVD player for my vehicle. One of the DVD players stopped working a year later and customer service replaced it with a refurbished, fully working DVD player at no extra cost. Their customer service was easy to contact and offered a replacement without having to ask for one. I appreciate companies like this.

This is great product very easy to install don't take it to BestBuy Geeks Squad they will say it will take all day to install and will cost around $400 or so. Did it myself no cost. If you want to play video from your phone using HDMI make sure you have an iPhone cause it will not work with Android phone. Customer service is great and really quick to respond to email to answer all of my questions.

Having problems with it, both screens turning off every time someone opens the car doors. Also not convenient that the movie restarts every time we leave the car. The kids constantly have to restarts and forward the movie. Not feeling it being worth 300$ maybe 150$.

Don’t buy! Bought these for a road trip. Only got one working for the first trip. A few weeks later neither one worked. I have tried everything to get them to work. One turned on for a few seconds. But would never play anything - even the cd it came with. The other one takes forever to read and will eventually play a dvd. Then stopped working at all - says error or just keeps reading. Very dissatisfied and money down the drain.

Very high quality screens with great pictures and lots of features these same screens are priced much higher else where and are a great deal

Our DVD players have been great and much needed but the headphones are week we have already had both headphones broken. We have had great pictures on both DVD players!

the headsets are a disappointment. Both headsets are non functional currently. They came apart right where the ear pieces join the head portion. I purchased two of these and, one of the other ones has also come apart.
