My husband and I always use this to cut meat to make jerky. This product takes the hassle out of cutting things by hand. We used to spend hours cutting meat by hand, but this has cut that time by more than half. The clean-up is as simple as hooking up the hose and spraying it out.

Is hard to clean but saves you hours of labor

This thing is almost too heavy for one person to lift. It is IMPOSSIBLE to get clean. The little hose sent along makes no impact. I even took it outside and ran a full pressure garden hose through the blades and they would not come clean (machine only sat 20 minutes after use before I attempted to clean it). Directions NOT user friendly on how the blade guards attach inside. Metal lid does not stay flat on unit: one corner pops up unless it's held down and machine keeps shutting off when that happens. Certainly not worth the cost!

Even the machine makes the cutting of the meat easy; the cleaning of the machine IS NOT and the finished of the machine is too sharp and the walls that cover the motor are kind of loose which made it unsafe to clean. Water can get inside easily and damage the motor. It was hard to clean. The time I was saving , I had to used to clean to be able to cut a different meat. The machine needs a better finish to protect the motor .

This machine is awesome for making deer jerky. Insanely sharp so be careful.

The Meat Cutter works great, I use it to cut full sized strap in turkey tenderloins. It makes fast, easy work of them. I cut from 80 to 160lbs at a time and I double cut them, 40lbs takes about 5 minutes. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is that clean-up isn't easier. The spray nozzles included don't work the way I'd hoped and it makes a mess and takes awhile to clean. I would buy it again, it works.

The media could not be loaded. We bought this machine last December because of restaurant busy season. It works great and help us savea lot of time. Before we need two person and 3 hours to finish the meat slice work. Right now, it only takesabout 20 minutes with this machine. During this pandemic, this machine help me save a lots of labor cost.Recently, we had a problem with this machine, and their customer support respond quickly to help us solveproblem. I will certainly recommend to my other restaurant owners and friends.

Llego en muy buen estado de envalaje, la maquina esta perfecta, hace los tacos de jamon que es para lo que yo la he comprado perfectamente, pero le he dado 4 estrellas y no 5 estrellas por que tiene 1 fallo y es que solo la puedes utilizar durante 1 hora y esperar que se enfrie, tal como indica el fabricante . Es lo único malo que tiene. Por lo demas esta bastante bien.

Das Gerät ist so billig verarbeitet. Scharfkantig steht nicht gerade wackelig da ist das verletzngsrisiko vorprogrammiert. Würde ich nie wieder kaufen.

I bought this because I make lots of dog treats with raw meat and got sick of cutting up meat by hand. This is great for slicing and a course mince but for the life of me I can't get it to dice. However the slices work well with the lung treats, I've dropped a star because it doesn't dice well and because its a nightmare to clean. If the manufacturers could make it so the blades come out and can be popped in the dishwasher that would make cleaning the rest much easier.
