Functional item, no US certification.
The item was packed in an orange cloth bag inside a plain padded bag, the documentation is a couple of photocopied pages in broken English.There is no apparent US certification markings.The item itself is functional and comfortable to wear. The buckles require effort and fiddling to adjust. The carabineers on the double safety line are sturdy and quite heavy. Overall satisfied with item.
