Black Quilted Double Oven Mitt

Bought it 2 years ago. Very stiff, no insulation on top of hand, only bottom, but good thick insulation. Recently developed a big hole along the seams, burned my hand. Considering a different brand, but may stick with this one because the insulation is very good when there's no hole.

My mother has one, my grandmother has one, same with my sister. Now I have one. I have tried other brands that did not last as long (my mother's has lasted 5 years now). This brand is a family tested, tried and true brand

This is my second one in five years. The design is great. Oven mitts can be such a bother. I started using double mitts when I lived in Europe. As soon as the one I brought with me to the States wore out, I found this one. It really does protect your hands and it is simply adorable.

I can say that these only get a 4 star rating because I have big hands and the part that you slip your hand into is not as deep as I would like. Probably great for small hands. On the really positive side, I love the black color because they don't show every little speck of food and they are really thick.

In 1978, my mom got a double oven mitt from my grandma who lived in England. She has used it daily ever since and finally, after 30 years, it ripped. She was heartbroken and said all she wanted for her birthday was a new one. I couldn't find a double oven mitt anywhere in the US! So I ordered this. It was supposed to arrive on her birthday, but it actually came early and I didn't have to pay any shipping costs! The mitt is longer than her previous one and it feels much sturdier. I'm very happy with this item and this company!

Nice and sturdy, got it for a Christmas gift for a Brit I know and love. Just like they use over there--no surprise, as it came from England. Shipped very quickly and efficiently. Wonderful!

Ok. Kind of flimsy but does the trick. The material is just a plane piece of felt in a round tube basically.

Used it a few times - very good - but washed it (carefully) twice - and it's literally coming apart at the seams... Can't recommend it.

good quality, wanted black to not show the dirt so much. However they are awkward to use when removing baking trays. Too large or odd shape, not sure why, but can't grip the trays.

Brought to replace the same older one, but not nearly as thick. Heat comes through and have to put pans down quickly

My wife says that these oven gloves are very good and work well. I'll take her word for it.

These were good but when washed (according to instructions) it split all along one side!?

Does it match my kitchen? Well - black goes with every thing. Do they protect against heat? Yes - very well. They protect both hands and wrists from burning and are therefore highly recommended!

I bought these as a Christmas friend for a friend so can’t comment except to say they are very thick and look of good quality.

My second pair of Stellar oven gloves. Previous pair bought from another store. These ones are as good in quality, but cheaper in price.

Had these for a good amount of time and they are still going strong. Can't feel the heat through then and long enough not to prevent a good purchase on an oven tray.
