The fine diamond plate (25 micron) is used first to restore a dull edge. The ceramic side is then used to remove the burr and polish the edge to a razor finish. These materials are the hardest known and will sharpen any steel, even extremely hard powder steels. Comes in leather slip pouch. Made in Sweden. 3" x 1".
