Ordered this for our Quaker parrot. I received it in 2 days which was Great. When we opened the box and unpacked it we found the bottom left and right corners of the plastic front Severely scratched. The tray that is packaged inside is metal and the sharp edges were rubbing the inside of the plastic on both corners. The pictures don't show it to well but it was badly damaged. I started the return process right away and found that I could return it at my local Kohls store which is what I did with absolutely no trouble the same day. I received the new one in the mail 2 days later, it was packaged properly and in Great condition. The only reason I knocked off a star was the trouble of getting one in the proper condition. The carrier is nice and our bird had no problem being comfortable inside it.

Nice carrier. My bird is t too sure of it but iWill work with him on entering and getting used to the metal post. The plastic did come damaged with scratches at the bottom.

The plastic glass has so many deep scratches. And it’s second one because first one arrived with many defects also. Horrible quality for this money.
