Obvious poor star rating can be explained from viewing the pictures attached. As you will see, one pillow case is of normal size although slightly large for even the biggest of pillows and the other I can’t even get a pillow into.Also both pillow cases are different shades, which is quite noticeable.I generally think this set is most probably classed as seconds and has already been rejected as unsalable.

Feel rough against my skin, especially my cheeks on the pillow cases. Would seriously suggest this isn’t the thread count as advertised.Purchased at the same time as a sheet from a different supplier, which is incredibly soft. The difference is incredible.I’ve given it 2 stars instead of 1 because it actually looks ok. Just hoping it softens up after another few washes.And yes, I did wash before use.

For 600 thread count I was quite disappointed. I have other makes of 600 thread count and they are far superior to this set. I guess it is the old saying “you get what you pay for”. Does not feel like 600 thread count to me. Washes O.K. But does need ironing and being super king size that is not an easy project.

Duvet set and extra pillows arrived in good time. Unfortunately still awaiting the fitted sheet and as of yet no proposed delivery date.Quality of the set is really good. Bought a King Size and fits perfectly and love the fact it is zip fastening duvet cover. Will certainly be ordering another set as a spare. Will update with the fitted sheet latet

Really unhappy with this. Delivery was super quick but the item is not as described or how it looks in the photo on the page. The colour is not ivory. It is more of a stained yellow. The colour you get when things as stained with cigarette smoke. I’ve added a photo above where you can see the colour of it next to my current ivory bedding. It’s a dirty stained cigarette smoke colour. :(

This is a lovely duvet cover but I find it strange that every cover I have is a different size. My duvet is king size but of the 4 covers I have only 1 fits correctly. This, like 2 of the others is a little on the small size but acceptably so. Its a little on the short side length wise but it looks and feels very nice. For the price its good.

I received the item swiftly, and wash it twice in fabric softener before use. It feels like polycotton to be honest. Its not cool to touch and its see through when held up to the light. I have a Marks and Spencer 200TC cotton duvet set that is far superior. You get what you pay for. Its getting slung in the airing cupboard as a spare for the spare room. I’m not returning it as it was cheap and my fault for buying it to be fair. I won’t buy bedding online again.

Love the colour, softness and delivery was same day so that was amazing but unfortunately both pillow cases had a rip in each in the centre of the fabric but ordered them to be used that night so couldn’t send them back as needed to use them. For almost £50, I would of expected better but maybe they are “seconds”?!
