Update - Even the trimmer is useless when tried to trim beard it gave too much pain because the blades were bluntand with my philips trimmer I never had a single complaint.so deleting 1 star more. Now it gets only 1 star. I had to use again philips trimmer which is working perfectly since purchase.Review given - 25/10/2019 This is totally chinese product. Manual is in Chinese and in rubbish english which is hard to understand like translated from chinese to english by meaning of words.It comes with two attachments one shaver another is trimmer.Trimmer is naked so there is no trimming adjustment.Shaver is only for daily shavers. If you forget to shave a day it will be painful to shave next day because it is made for tiny hair.Cons in brief1. Not waterproof2. Not able to cut even size of 2 mm beard (only smaller)3. Chinese product with a brand stamp.4. Trimmer is useless5.blades are not sharp.6. Most important "YOU CAN'T RETURN IT BECAUSE IT FALLS IN NO RETURN POLICY"

What is said in the user manual is far different from what was displayed on the sales jargon of NOYMI Electric Shavers for Men Rechargeable Wet&Dry Rotary Razor IPX7 Waterproof Cordless Beard Sideburns Hair Clipper Trimmer(Blue). The product received does not have any mention of IPX7 any where on the product or box. Is this product truly waterproof ?

It is not able to do clear and clean shave

We didn’t get all the products which we have seen before ordering please look after the problem .

I want to know how to recharge the battery since there is no USB plug provided.I tried dry shave. The blades cut into the skin. Can I use it with a shaving cream applied to my face?

After my complain, the company sent me the rotary part of the shaver and now it is working fine.It was professional conduct on part of the company representative which is to be appreciated.The product itself is fine and gives a close shave. Though handling it in the under-chin area is a little tricky and may not give skin-close cut. Overall more than satisfactory and value for money product.
