Hysterically bad fit.
I’ve had a previous pair of these for 4 years and absolutely love them, warm, waterproof and comfortable. After a few cycling mishaps and also setting them on fire in the microwave whilst sterilising them during covid ( damm you metallic inserts for the touchscreen) I thought I would replace them. The fit of the new pair is appalling, the thumb and pinky lengths are not far short of that of the fingers. The perceived quality doesn’t feel as good either. Totally useless and in the process of returning.Meanwhile my old ones have been to the glove doctor, the burnt bits cut off and the holes sewn up whilst I look for replacements elsewhere.Don’t buy unless you have hands like cartoon characters or just want to show your friends something so funny they will wet themselves.

Best winter gloves
For your average person who isn’t trekking Antarctica or a ski instructor, Sealskinz gloves are the best. This is my third pair and none have disappointed. Yes they’re quite expensive, but you get what you pay for. These are great in terms of waterproofing and warmth. They look great and you can feel the quality of them in their thickness and durability. Grip is good, without ever relying on stick pads that often fail over time and the touchscreen functionality works perfectly - some cheaper wool pairs this can fade over time. Nice touch as well having the demisting pad worked into the glove. Wouldn’t use it all the time as may smear glasses, but handy all the same. Highly recommend these.

Excellent service
I bought these gloves as an Xmas present. Unfortunately they were too small so I went through the Amazon return scheme and before I’d even posted them a replacement larger size had been delivered. A great service by both the seller and Amazon. We’ll done

Not fully waterproof
Written Jan 2025. Had these for just three years now. Fit is fine for me. Reasonably warm. Largely rainproof but definitely not fully waterproof as advertised - both during winter fishing and occasional winter car washing on multiple occasions I’ve had wet hands through the glove within fairly short periods of time. Think neoprenes will be the way to go for a next pair.

True to size and water proof
Hands will get cold if the gloves get wet! However bought these for washing car in the colder months, and a warm bucket of water means hands stay warm.Need to make sure thoroughly dried out between uses and as much water squeezed off of them after use. But they are true to size (use the measuring guide) and good for washing a car on a cold day

Sizing, spec and price
Large pair received as a gift, too big. I probably followed wrong procedure, but purchased a replacement pair in medium and returned the large ones against that purchase, originally refunded then withdrawn as I was told no return had been received despite me producing evidence it had been sent. I assume that it was probably that a different pair to those purchased was returned but due to the inflexibility of the system no discussion to clarify. So, two pairs purchased, two payments made, but only one pair of gloves. The gloves are overpriced at forty pounds and certainly not worth the eighty pounds Amazon has received now that the refund has been withdrawn. The medium sized pair I bought as a replacement are snug to tight and offer absolutely no warmth at all.

Nice fit
I like the fact that they have a none slip palm and they have two touchscreen tips on both gloves. Plus they are comfortable. And they are waterproof.
