At first I had the same problem that other people on the reviews had, the mop pad kept coming unstuck when I tried to put it in the dry mop slot. Then I had a good look at the second pad which came with the mop and noticed that one end had a thick hem and the other end did not. On checking the mop head on the mop I had the end with the thick hem on the end of the mop base that was pushed into the dry slot, hence it was too thick to go through the slot. I changed the mop pad around so the thinner edge went in the dry slot and no more trouble (see photo's). Now works very well and floors dry quickly.

It’s OK for a quire small mop and for doing small area or just a quick clean up. I wouldn’t recommend it as a main mop for a house as the bucket is very tiny. The mop head is quite large and therefore doesn’t fully submerge into the bucket. Overall it’s a handy little cleaner, easy to use and sores away very compactly under the sink.

I did not receive the extra pad as statedIt smaller than I expected ....doesn't hold much waterThe drying/ wringing out side doesn't reach the top edge of the cleaning pad so that bit stays wet with dirty waterand so leaves streaky marks that you have to go over againNot sure if I would buy again ...would appreciate the second pad as declared on info.

The bucket is a lot smaller than l expected and you need two hands to pull the mop out of the drying section. I would recommend this type of mop and bucket for quick spills and small areasz

LOVE this product -much quicker to clean overall than standard mops. Find it gets a nicer finish too. It’s narrow, so doesn’t take up too much space for storage’Only negative is you have to fill the bucket up all the way in order to fully submerge the mop head! If you half fill it, only one half will contain the fluid! You can alternate the mop head to wet both sides, but the handle folds flat ONLY one way! The other way is a parti fold. So it’s fiddly

This is the best mop I have owned even beats the steamers that I have used. Collects dirt even under the front of my fridge which is great because no other did. It also dries quickly on my tiled floors. It is not as big as I thought and will store easily. Would recommend as I said best I have used

product is ok. But there were no instructions on how to use it so not sure if there is a better way of drying it as it does leave the floor quite wet

Good, but too much of a gap on both sides so needs to be up against a wall to dip in water or dry side.
