The sharpest knife I've ever owned
I've got lots of knives of various sizes and compositions, some very expensive, some not so very, but this little scalpel of a paring knife is the pick of the lot for what it is and does. You will absolutely lose a fingertip with almost no effort if you aren't careful. I'd show you the picture but I can barely stand to look at it myself...gruesome...literally. Now that I know its dangers I get a frisson of excitement every time I know I get to use it because it is a tool of exquisite craftsmanship and utility. I can't recommend it more highly!

Multi-pupose, super-sharp, a gem!
This little knife has become a fixture in my kitchen. Among its many delights such as trimming any meats, slicing most vegetables, cutting pastry, and doing wonders with cheese, it is always easy to find! The bright orange handle shows up anywhere on the counter, table or sink so I am not forever looking for it as I go from task to task.It is my go-to Holiday gift this year.

Super sharp
Just what I wanted. Very sharp serrated blade. Perfect for small fruits and vegetables. This was recommended by a knife sharpener friend.

Great knife... watch out, it is SHARP
I ordered this knife to replace one that was many years old. I love these knives, the size is great, the blade cuts precisely. Do watch out, this knife is very sharp. A good thing... but easy to knick your finger when peeling or cutting pulp out of a piece of fruit or vegetable.

Value
Exceptional value. You won’t find a sharper blade.

Sharp little knife
Lost my old paring knife - serated blade and was my favorite. This is a super sharp knife - love the way it cuts. Only problem would be it kinda tears up my teak cutting boards - have to be careful.

SHARP. Very.
Absolutely brilliant. I assumed it would be as blunt as all of the other 'extremely sharp knives' listed on Amazon (those that won't even cut a tomato), so I was recklessly incautious. I cut my finger so badly I had to go to A&E for stitches. The only thing is that, despite it being the sharpest knife I've ever owned in my entire life, it doesn't come with a blade guard. I can't believe I can finally cut tomatoes without their juice flying everywhere. Brilliant. Stitches out in a few weeks.😄Update. Just three days later I've still not learnt how to use a really sharp knife. I've just cut open my thumb. I'm too embarrassed to tell anyone so a plaster will have to suffice.I've just bought a second which will, no doubt, make reaching into the cutlery drawer akin to sticking a hand into a piranha tank.

This thing glides through heavy cardboard
These days I seem to accumulate tons of cardboard boxes (you know who I am talking about). With a 4 week recycling frequency you need to get the stuff broken down. In comes this - cheap and remarkably capable of maintaining its edge it glides through even really heavy duty boxes. The thing terrifies me really I even bought some cut resistant gloves which came in a box.

Sharpest little knife in town, probably
I have other victorinox knives which I have used for about 10 years. I needed another small serrated knife as my old kitchen devils one was becoming blunt and had broken the point off. This replacement is perfect now , it might be small and slim so the handle is not the most ergonomic, but my, can it cut stuff! Tomatoes, no problem, raw meat, large fruit cake, cooked meat, all no problem. A fantastic price too, much cheaper than the local cookware shop.

Scalple sharp and long lasting
Unbelievably sharp and very long lasting - the red handled one next to it was bought in the early '80's (or was it the '70's)!!!! Obviously a very successful model.

Mind your fingers
Sharpest knife we have. Great for soft fruit and veg. Terrible for fingers. Seriously, cut with extreme slow caution when using this. Not suitable for kids to use in the kitchen. Good otherwise. Kind of cheap and tacky looking though. But it is cheap.
