I like the overall quality of this product. There's no bad taste at all and very easy to swallow. I feel like it's helped me alot with my health. I look forward to buying more in the months to come.

These capsules are easy to swallow as-is but they are also easy to break open to add to smoothies, without leaving a grainy texture or chalky taste. They pretty much disappear into the smoothie. As with most supplements, these are most effective of taken consistently every day. I like that these are a combination of the vitamin you want (D3) plus the corresponding vitamin to help you best absorb it (K2).Personally, I only take 1 of these in the morning; I find that is plenty for me (I’m 5’2”, 107lb average). I had actually stopped taking them over the summer because I felt I was getting enough sunlight exposure during the day. I recently started taking these more regularly again, now that the weather is getting colder and I’m spending less time outside. It helps to keep my mood stable and, as a Graves Disease patient, I will continue to take these to help prevent osteoporosis from developing in later years. Also, as a female, I think consuming a good amount of vitamin D has played a big role in easing the severity of my PMS & menstrual cramps each month.

I bought this product because Minnesota winters can be very long, and vitamin D is quite necessary when you start feeling a little blue. I like this product because it has the added benefit of vitamin K, which allows you to absorb more of the vitamin D.

It is very difficult to find vitamin D3 with K2 and I found out recently that I was not absorbing my D3 due to inadequate K2 so this was a good find. Instead of taking 2 vitamins I only have to take one. Easy to swallow and tasteless. Happy to be able to get this product in this form.

I like that these are small and that my kids can take them to. They can even be chewed. I feel that they are very helpful

Good product

I like that this has both D3 and K2 and I only have to take one capsule. I can’t speak to absorbency yet, as I haven’t had blood work drawn. Relatively small capsule, easy to swallow. Like that there’s also a two months supply in each bottle.

I was considerably Vitamin D deficient last August. After taking this product for 2 months. I was no longer deficient. I continue to take this product everyday to make sure that I stay healthy.
