Use pliers to adjust the hose
I just want you to know that you can use pliers to adjust the little hose. Mine came with hose pointing backwards. So if you want to lean the bottle forward to use last of the oil, simply use pliers to twist it into place. I figured this out after 6 months. Hope this helps someone. I could not twist it with my fingers. Needed pliers. I was afraid of breaking it, but it fortunately did not break.

The canola oil spray cans sprays a nice even mist of cooking oil to a frying pan
I purchased this so that I would not have to buy canola oil spray cans. The canola oil spray cans sprays a nice even mist of cooking oil to a frying pan. This Evo spays in big uneven globs to a frying pan. Just to hopefully show you the difference, I attached two photos. The first photo is a frying pan sprayed with a canola oil spray can. The second photo it the same flying pan sprayed with canola oil using the Evo.

Stay away from it
The cap broke after 6 months of light use. The glass bottle is too heavy for the plastic trigger. Do not buy it unless you want olive oil spilled all around your kitchen. See pictures.

Beware of lid that works its way loose from the glass sprayer
Concept is great but apparently as you continue to use the sprayer the lid works itself loose. I made French fries and chicken tenders in air fryer and had successfully sprayed with it about 10 times. Reached to get the bottle to spray one last spritz and the lid was no longer attached to the bottle. The bottle crashed to the floor and broke in about 100 shards that flew from my kitchen all the way down the hallway. Almost an entire bottle of oil all over the place along with the glass. It took a little over an hour to clean the mess up.

position of tube/pipe in bottom of the tank makes it difficult to impossible to tilt and spray
The Evo is well made, however one flaw makes it somewhat to very frustrating to use. That flaw is the plastic tube/pipe that goes from the spray head to the bottom of the tank is curved so that it is positioned at the opposite end of the tank from the spray head. So when one tilts the unit to spray oil, the tube/pipe end (unless full or almost full) comes out of the oil and thus it is impossible to get any oil unless held level, which defeats the purpose of being able to tilt and spray food.I have tried to re-position the tube to the proper position (IE the other side of the bottom), but it is fixed to be in the position as photographed.

The sprayer is very nice, however
The sprayer is very nice, however, the threads are stripped on the bottle so the spray nozzle won't stay on. I emailed the company to try to get them to make it right but got no response. Disappointing.

I like it - Spray pattern photos attached.
Seems to wok fine for my purpose - Canola oil on popcorn.Attached are photos of the three spray patterns of Canola oil with the nozzle six inches from the paper.

Like the 18oz Evo: It Actually Works
Having used the 18oz Evo model every day for more than a year, we were really pleased to see this smaller 8oz capacity spray bottle. The sprayer appears to be of the same design as in the 18oz unit which delivers a reliable oil spray. The point of reliability is, by far, the most important point as readers who have been around the oil sprayer block are aware. We use the 8oz Evo sprayers for oils applied in more modest doses, namely truffle oil; and the 18oz bottle for everyday olive oils that are used in comparatively large amounts. Both 18oz and 8oz Evo bottles sit on out counter at all times.Like the 18oz bottle, the Evo 8oz sprayers deliverer a far more coarse spray than the oil mister designs do, so the buyer should not confuse the two tools - misters and sprayers- as synonymous. Having said that, I think the spray's coarseness reflects the design of the self-syphoning pump in the Evo bottles, and therein lies the fundamental fact that the Evo sprayers work, while others don't work.John CaldwellPittsburgh, PA

Reccomended
Been using this now for getting on a year. It's reliable, well made and cut my oil use down by 90% or more. It's not perfect and won't suit everyone. It needs a good firm press of the trigger to spray and keeping the nozzle 8-10 inches away from the pan offers me a broad area of coverage but it's not an aerosol-type spray, nowhere near that fine mist so if you're expecting that you might be disappointed. It comes with several rubber sleeves with names on like 'balsamic' and 'olive oil' and its own little filling funnel. It suits my needs well.

Good enough
Ok - you need to twiddle the feed tube to face forwards or when you tip the bottle it doesn't always work unless the bottle is more than 20% full. Not a delicate mist - but still good for lightly oiling something - but the spray is a bit irregular - a lot in one direction and an invisible nebulous spray somewhere else so even now and then you find the side of the kettle is lightly oiled! On balance better to have than not. Hence 4*

Invaluable
I was tired of miscalculating amounts when I made a vinaigrette, and finishing up with more than I wanted. Now two sprays of a very good olive oil, one of vineegar, a tiny pinch of fleur de sel and some freshly ground black pepper, and I am very happy indeed. They make a last minute decision possible - and they are quite small, lightweight and attractive. I THINK one is greenish and one yellow, which suits my needs perfectly.

Happy with the quality
nice bottle, light and compact, spray the oil like a fan not a mist, it’s really good for greasing the pan, drizzle the salad and for grill &BBQs, hope this will like a good few years as the price is very high

Great oil spray bottles
Had been using an oil spray bottle that was pressurised by pumping; when this failed I got another one, but it was useless. Saw these and thought they were worth a try. Good decision, they work beautifully, very pleased.

What you may need.
This is exactly what I needed. Not many products can handle oil like that. I use this product for my food photography. Makes my food looks great, Well done Evo.

Best oil spray bottle ever!
Best oil spray bottle ever - no need to do the pump action like other models require you to do, which is so irritating since you invariably end up with oil on your hands! So easy to fill with the little funnel that comes with it, and so easy to use. Brilliant product, can't recommend it enough!!

Super little sprays - they do have small capacity but they do enable the cook to be very economical with oil. easy to fill and use, and ideal for stir fry cooking.
