Bought this for my son to replace an older blue one that is worn out and too small. He loves it and says it works well on the long-walks to/from school. For the price, it's hard to beat. It's well put together, fits well, and warms the noggin.

This is a good quality beanie that arrived quickly at a fair price. Buying a hat online is always tough. I missed the part about it being double layer, my fault. It is thicker and warmer than I need. It is a nice full sized beanie, I like that it is not one of those tiny/tight beanies that doesn't come down far enough to cover your ears.

I like this and wish it came in bright colors. It's just lightly snug on my size 59 head.Nice and thick. Good price too.

I like to have a mil style fleece hat in my small hiking day pack year round. You never know when you'll be caught out and need to conserve body heat. It's super light, warm and takes up no room in my waist bag and this one doubles as a signal/visibility aid since it's Blaze Orange.

Comfortable and warm.

I have a small head but the hat does not fully cover my ears, and the large cuff does not fold down. It's not a thin material -- it's a nice medium thickness -- and it's dense, so I would imagine (if I had kept it) that it would nicely cut the wind. But it's a tight fit, and the material is also too thick to wear comfortably under a bike helmet.

Fits just like my Army PT/watch cap did. Not too thick, not too thin. Compared to other offering I saw on here this one is cheaper too. The color is great too, which I'll be nice for camping and matching my green jacket (helion tex).

I was looking for a lightweight hat for winter walks with my dog. It’s a great fit. Not too tight, but warm and comfortable. The color was a great match with my coat.
