This tinsel was just what I needed! My sister law and I call ourselves the tinsel twins, and I wanted to make her a pair of tinsel earrings, because believe it or not, tinsel earrings are VERY hard to find, which is such a shame because they are adorable! This package of tinsel was gorgeous and so easy to work with, plentiful too! I even have left over if I want to add tinsel to my girls' hair, not to mention, they made the cutest earrings!

At first I was a little taken aback at the price, thinking $10 for a box of tinsel, BUT I caved b/c I LOVED the Gorgeous Holographic appearance of the strands! This stuff does NOT disappoint! Pics on the tree do not do it justice! It *is* super fine and slippery tho, so putting it on the tree and making it stay *can* be a bit tricky (would not recommend with pets, as tinsel can be deadly to them). With the strands being so fine and looking at what came in the package, I figured I would end up using the whole package, but as it turns out, I BARELY ended up even denting the amount that was SENT! Altho I didn't decorate the lower half of my tree with this stuff (b/c of Pets), I still had so much left over I could have *easily* done 2 or 3 more trees with a very full amount of tinsel. The pics I took, the first one was taken with a flash on vs flash off for comparison... The colors are just AMAZING! The second is my tree, which doesn't really do much justice to this stuff... Close up, it's REALLY PRETTY (my tree has SO MUCH shiny stuff on it anyway); the last pic is what I had left over. I stored it in a normal size 4X6 in. string light box for easy keeping. As you can see it's 3/4 FULL.So for the money and the design, I Definitely think it's WORTH the Money!!

I am a tinsel on my Christmas Tree girl at heart, but haven’t been able to do so for several years (dogs and little ones). But now that my children are older and we no longer have a dog (RIP), I wanted my children to experience the awe of sparkly tinsels. Cause that’s how I always feel about it-the tree just looks so magical with tinsels dangling everywhere! Mission accomplished! They were so delighted when they woke up to find their Christmas tree covered in these sparkly tinsels. There will definitely be some left over for Christmas next year (that’s a good thing). I searched everywhere (online and in several stores) for loose tinsels that were iridescent and thin (but not too thin). These were perfect. They’re thin and strong, and not too long like the ones meant for putting into your hair (for fairy hair). They come bound in a zip tie, also a good thing. As I pull strands out, and there’s less in the bundle I just tightened the zip tie to keep them all together without making a big mess. The pictures show before and after adding the tinsels, and with lights on. Our tree is 9 ft tall (almost done putting tinsels on all the way to the top), but there’s still so much left over. As previously mentioned, I’m glad there is a lot so I don’t have to keep trying to find these perfect tinsels every year. Highly recommended.

To thin. Color perfect, but to thin.

I decorated my tree and it does look beautiful but I do think it is a little pricey for the amount you get.

The Iridescent Tinsel is as it says. It arrived quickly and had no issues. I like to cut it up into tiny slivers and embed it into my resin art. It is very eye catching when the light hits it even at a distance. I'm quite happy with it's bling and it's iridescence and plan to use it in sun catchers I make.

I was really disappointed in this product because I purchased it to use on my Christmas tree. It isn't really "tinsel" or "icicles" in the sense that you think of Christmas decorations. These strands are as fine as hair. They look pretty in the package, but when separated, you really can't even tell what color they are because they are so fine.I'm sorry I spent this much on something I thought would enhance my Christmas decor, but you can't really even see it. I would have been better off displaying the unopened bag, because at least that looks blue.

Really hated these at Christmas, and 3 months later I'm still finding them around the house. These are extremely light and thin and looked so cheap. So light that they kept flying off the tree when dog or me would walk by. These are not like the tinsel I've bought in the past that actually looked nice.

thought they were going to be string sorta size but they are very thin like a thread instead still really cool decor for the xmas tree

It's very delicate which is what l wanted but it's so fine it drops everywhere! The colours are beautiful so I'm prepared to put up with that. If you want a strong tinsel strand this is not for you.
