Solgar – Liquid Melatonin 10 mg, 2 Oz, Natural Black Cherry Flavor

Bought this bottle at the end of July. We found a weird substance that seems to be either glass or a very hard plastic in the bottom of the container. I've messaged the company multiple times to see if they would fix this and they have refused to get back to me besides saying they were passing the information on to the HR department. Since the end of July they have done nothing to make it right so I would advise not to purchase from them.

This product tastes pleasant and works well to make you sleepy and comfortable. Unfortunately, ever night that I've taken it, I've had the world's worst nightmares. I feel as though my mind knows I'm dreaming, but it continues anyway, in vivid detail of strange and horrible things. Not sure that is the kind of rest that I need. I give it a 4 because it does make me comfortable & sleepy, but it just doesn't work for me. I don't feel rested after a night of terrors in my dreams and I wake up agitated or sad or scared (depending on the dream) and am unable to shake that feeling for hours after waking.

It is one of the best I have found. It tastes good, it is not addictive and what I like the must it is all natural ingredient it has. Besides, it works fast in all my family at night. I have tried many other brands with a terrible tasted and less effective. When I see all the listed ingredients in pills it is scary and can be addicted. I try to use it only when it's necessary since I understand we have a very smart body, and it can get used to what we used and losses the effect it has with time. I have been using this since my younger kid was suffering unavailable to sleep over 6 hours, sometimes less. He was 3 years old and now he is 10 years and it helped him to regulate his internal clock, same happen to my daughter. My husband didn't believe until I give him some, unfortunately, he had a very bad day the next day since he was feeling sleepy all day. I think its the only problem for some people. But I will not change this product at all, I have been using it for over 6 years and one bottle last me for almost a year. Solgar thank you for creating a great product and keep it natural as much as possible, please.

The product works within an hour. I believe it works better if you listen to music before going to bed rather than watching TV but to each his/her own. 2 mg did not work for me I needed something stronger and after taking Ambien for years and not working since it's half life is 1 1/2 to 2 hrs. The melatonin half life is longer. I did not sleep for 7 years due to blunt force trauma that gave me a rare eye disorder. So I am very pleased with the results. Sincerely Bruce McIntosh.

The flavor is sweet and it doesn't leave a bad taste in your mouth! Works MUCH Better than even the desolvers!! I take half of what I use to & So Does My Husband and Son!! So Easy to swallow after holding it under your tongue. I Cannot Believe I Haven't found it earlier. We went to a health food store and saw it there. I pulled it up on AMAZON and it was almost half the price. So we live by it now. I Pray it Works Out for Everyone Else!!
