These bowls are exquisite. They are each gorgeous works of art, handmade in Nepal. Each has a beautiful, distinctive sound and they easily sing and resonate. The cushions are beautiful as well, all made in Nepal. The set also included 8 different mallets. I have enjoyed sound concerts and healing for several years and I wanted to own a set of bowls. I'm glad I chose this set and I'm very pleased with it, and looking forward to spending many delightful hours getting to know these bowls. I know that individual bowls can sell for as much as this entire set, or more, but I am not willing to make that kind of investment at this point. I was a little concerned that this well-priced set would be somehow lacking. In my opinion, it lacks for nothing. It's everything I was looking for. The set arrived quickly via Amazon Prime and the bowls were protected and packed efficiently, without a lot of excess packaging.I would not hesitate to order again from this company.

The product I ordered did not match what I received. The bowls were not new at all. They were scratched inside as if someone had severely mistreated the bowls. I"m very disappointed in this purchase.

I am very pleased with this set. I haven't dug out my tuner to determine what notes each one plays but they do harmonize well together. Only complaint is that the second smallest bowl will not "sing" no matter how much I try. I've tried many different techniques and wands and it just is dead. But on the plus side its struck note is beautiful, like a temple bell. One other bowl is slightly shy and has to be coaxed to sing. All the others are very responsive and continue to ring long after they are struck. I've used these for a few sound massages and my clients have been very happy (and relaxed) with the results. Overall I'd say this is a good starter set of bowls for a beginner on a budget. I have other single bowls in my collection that cost what this entire set costs and out of this set there are at least 4-5 excellent bowls and only 2-3 that leave a bit to be desired. But no duds in the bunch.They arrived almost a week sooner than anticipated which was a nice surprise. Packaged very efficiently.
