This tree is really, really nice! It’s just the height I wanted, 9 ft, and it’s so incredibly full. No gaps at all! Great light placement and the amount of lights is awesome! It looks perfect in my living room and sort of makes it seem as though I’m in a department store for the holidays. It’s a very nice tree. I love all of the light choices; warm white, color, twinkling, etc at the push of a button. So easy the kids can do it!! However, make sure you give yourself plenty of time to fluff. It literally took me hours to get the whole tree fluffed and looking good. I think next year I’ll look for a deal on a tree that comes pre-lit and pre-fluffed!!

We’ve always had a real tree but the reality is…I wanted to be able to keep the tree up longer and with less mess and recurrent cost.The tree is beautiful. Thick and full with a LOT of branches. The three sections went together effortlessly and plugged in red to red and blue to blue, easily the color coded tape made it fool proof. I would suggest REALLY taking your time to fluff each section, it took my husband and I about an hour, but totally worth it. It’s not real but it’s lovely and I’m super happy with my purchase. Now I can enjoy our beautiful Christmas tree for an extra month!!!!

This tree is very well made, easy to set up, and easy to fluff. We purchased the 7.5ft for our apartment and we couldn’t be happier! It’s strikingly gorgeous. We love all of the different light settings and how there are so many branches that it fluffs very nicely without leaving any empty gaps. The only thing was that we had to redistribute some of the lights because we had some noticeable small dark gaps at night, but super easy. We set it up early to make sure no broken lights and that it fit well. Took about 2.5 hours to fully fluff to perfection, and that was me doing it by myself at full speed. 10/10 worth the investment!

After reading many good reviews, I purchased this 9ft tree late Nov 2018. The first Christmas season the tree worked as expected. While it has a lot more tips than most trees, they are not the more lifelike tips I had hoped for for the 500 dollar price tag. Fast forward nov 28 2019 we attempt to put it back up and first lower section of lights worked fine but all the other lights in the other sections as we put it together were considerably dimmer. When I contacted this national tree company about the tree which is under warranty for 3 years, they said they don’t have time to fix it this time of year, it would have to be at their convenience in the off season. WTH! We’ll obviously I don’t need the tree fixed after Christmas. What kind of company responds like this. There fix was to offer to send out 400 lights to “feather in dark areas” of tree. I told them this tree has 900 lights I would need more to make up for it and they refused. Almost 2 weeks later I just received these temp replacement lights and not to my surprise they are plain non led white lights. They didn’t even send my the same type of color changing led lights that are on my tree . I have now read through many more complaints of the same issue, so it’s pretty obvious this company is aware of the problem. I thought it was unusual they didn’t even try to you me shoot issues I was having.Update: so after trying to make the extra lights work, I was unable to connect them because they don’t have your typical male and female plugs. They have the round push together ends where you screw on a cap to keep them together. (Like the ones already on the tree). Even unplugging the old dim lights and plugging the new ones in results in the same problem of dim lights. So now their so called fix is no fix at all and they are failing to respond back to me on this issue.If you are considering this tree or any tree made by National Tree Company STOP! Shop elsewhere. I will be filing complaints with Amazon, BBB and Federal Trade Commission on this poor operated business.DONT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE

The media could not be loaded. UPDATE-After decorating, I’ve raised from 3-4 stars. It is a lovely tree. I do wish needles were a bit different, and still not as full as I expected but I am pleased.I purchased this tree, despite a good portion of negative reviews. I am starting out by saying that I am a picky tree person. I had an artificial tree for many years that was just gorgeous. This one was automatically compared. Positives: The tree was received in a very timely fashion. The packaging was intact. I was prepared to spend a great deal of time shaping and fluffing the tree. It was neatly packaged and assembly and shaping instructions were clear. Assembly wasNot difficult but the fluffing and shaping is a nightmare. As suggested, I shaped one section and then added the next to be shaped-beginning with the lowest branches and shaping then working upwards. I spent roughly 3 hours shaping and fluffing and will probably continue to do so over the next few days. The tree is fairly full, but not as much as I had hopedNegatives: 1. The tree looks nothing like the picture, but it is a pretty enough tree. No amount of shaping will make the tree I received look like the tree pictured. 2. The lights aren't strung well and on the very ends of the branches, only. They actually made it difficult to shape the tree at times. 3. It is a very "rough" material and does scratch your hands over time.. I could have gotten this tree for half the price at any local "big box" store.4. It is not as sturdy as I had hoped, but should suffice. 5- I thought it had power connect lights and for the price, it should have but doesn’t.Over all-It is a decently pretty and full tree with a sufficient amount of lights. I will quite likely save money and get a Balsam Hill Tree next year or purchase from a local retailer where I can see the tree. For less than 40 additional dollars, there was a much prettier tree at Lowe's. If you want this tree, just be prepared to spend a lot of time shaping and fluffing and know that what you see pictured is not the tree you'll receive.

It takes about two hours to assemble. You must put the work in and separate the branches. But it will be worth it

Not worth the money would buy a different tree.
