Very high dosage
Had health issues due to low d levels. Needed to increase my d amout. Didn't want to take a lot of pills. These provide a large dosage in one pill at a very good value. Please note, vitamin d is not water soluble, and one can overdose, so you need to check your levels on a regular basis if taking such a high dose.

10,000 IU is a LOT. Usually with these kinds of products you wanna take one a day, but in this case I suggest you do one every two days. With that said it is still a great product for a good price. Remember to take your D especially in winter

Good vitamin to add in the winter.
If you live in a place where you can't get out in the sunshine every day this might be good to add to your diet. I mostly use this supplement in the winter.
