I have tried many probiotics till date with no results. This one is bang on, I take half pack with my morning protein shake daily. It helped with constipation. I am more regular and my stomach doesn't bloat like ballon by end of day.. no burping or anything. For me half dose works and it helped with pregnancy nausea too. cant recommend enough.

I was very excited when I heard about BB-12 as a way to regulate.Unfortunately the sachet is primarily fructose, which has stimulated sugar cravings in me. I worked hard to become sugar free.Remember, as well, that all the bad bugs and viruses that wind up in your gut love sugar, are sustained by sugar, so you are maybe defeating the purpose of taking the BB-12.Throwing it away. It has been a waste of money.So, I am unable to recommend this product.

You will have to adjust the dosage to find what works for you--expensive if you have to take the full dosage daily. I am grateful for anything that works!

I have tried this product before when living Europe. It's awesome so I was very happy to find it in US. Unfortunately it was terrible packaged, container is broken, sachet bags were all around the Amazon paper bag on top with a hair product I ordered. I'm very disappointed about how poorly Amazon handle healthy and endibles. I'll contact Optibac directly to let them know.

Good probiotic, good CFU number! Helps with regularity! The four stars are because it has silicon dioxide added. I will be drinking this regularly and I wish so much I didn't have to ingest silicone dioxide with it. The product still has much fewer fillers than the other bifidobacterium lactis bb-12® on the market.

This is really great to take daily for relief of constipation and general gut health. Have been looking for something like this for quite a while.Well worth the cost.

I like this probiotic but will not buy from this seller since it is marked NO RETURNS. One of the packets had a hole in it and it will not pour out, hopefully it’s only one. At least a partial refund or replacement should be offered. Every time I get them box is busted, and 1 to 3 packets are compromised. GREAT PRODUCT POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.

The shipping was fast. I’m not sure about it’s effectiveness. The individually wrapped powder does not dissolve well into drinking wares at all. The powder was manufactured in Oct 2021 and good for 3 years. Maybe I’ll ask for another newer box for replacement?
