SafeRacks Sports Equipment Storage Rack Shelving 2'D x 4'W x 7'H (4-Shelves)

My first review was 3 stars, due to the fact that I didn't receive instructions and hadn't put it together yet.I am changing my review to 5 due to the customer service. After posting my initial review, Dylan, from SafeRacks responded by email directly to me to send me the directions VERY QUICKLY! As I read the directions (after I had already put it together - pretty easy once I got the pieces figured out!) I realized I was missing the hooks. I sent an email directly back to Dylan and let him know. He mentioned I could send him an email directly, however didn't think it was true. He responded within an HOUR! He has now sent me the missing pieces and has offered again to be directly contacted if I need anything. What GREAT customer service!!! Happy to refer them to anyone!!!It seems sturdy, but I find it hard to understand how an organization rack that requires assembly would come with no instructions. I get that it may be easy and also may have options for how people want it to look in the end, but to send nothing. I am sure it will be easy and I am excited to see how it works.

This is a good, sturdy, shelving unit. It arrived within a week, and I was able to put it together by myself in under an hour. It's a great addition to our garage organization, and is touched everyday by my athletic boys. It has great quality, and I don't foresee any issues with it's longevity.A word of caution, however, the hooks that are listed in the "frequently bought together" option are for a different brand of shelving, and don't work on these shelves!

I really like this rack. Note that the hooks come separate. Also, the "seat" is assembled just like the shelves and bracket placement does not adequately allow for the seat/shelf to sit flush in this representation -- not a huge deal, still a good purchase.

I purchased this Storage rack and it is a golfers answer to storing all my clothes for golf, shoes, hats, jackets, gloves & anything else you can think of. I have it set up in my storage room and instead of bringing everything into the house and changing I can do it all in one place. It was very easy to assemble and sturdy enough to sit on. I am actually considering buying another.

Easy to put together and very versatile product. Helped clean up our garage and easy for our kids to hang and access their dance, soccer, and ski bags.

Great for sports equipment storage, just wish it came with some hooks.

No complaint. Easy to install, although it takes 2 people to put it together. Very durable. Would recommend this to anyone.

Great option for garage sports storage. Easy to put together.Would like to see options for sliding bins but can find boxes that will work.
