These are fantastic, or af least used to be
I have been buying this product for a few years now and the whole family takes it including kids. Recently they changed the packaging to a plastic pouch instead of the normal pot. Unfortunately this no longer works for us as there is always at least one capsuke that's burst, Making the whole lot greasy, fishy and disgusting! They re too expensive to throw away so it's a month of horrible grossness! Additionally the plastic pouches don't seem to be recyclable. Not sure why they Ve changed the packaging but I really hope they change it baok or I will seek another brand.

Amazing product - acne cured!
I LOVE these omega 3 tablets. As someone who does not eat fish, these are the perfect solution to ensure I am getting the nutrients I need.The main benefit I have noticed is in my skin. These seem to miraculously clear up my acne. After I finished the first bottle, I did not buy any more for a good 6 months and over time my acne came back. I have been taking them again now for about a week and already my skin is clearing up beautifully.I have previously tried fish oil capsules, but I found I could taste fish for the rest of the day and it was not pleasant. These have no after taste and are easy to swallow.Cannot fault this product in any way. Highly recommended!

A good, vegan omega 3 supplement which provides both EPA and DHA (unlike, for example, flax seed supplements). My one beef with it is that it contains carrageenan; the jury is out on whether it is a carcinogen or not. I wouldn't let this put you off though - the evidence for the health benefits of omega 3 is much stronger and more equivocal than any (as yet weak) evidence for the dangers of carrageenan. This also avoids the pitfalls or mercury that you get with oily fish. A good substitute for vegetarians and vegans or those concerned about fish stocks and mercury levels.

I have been buying this product regularly for a while now. I love these. A little on the expensive side but I feel I am getting a quality product. They are easy to swallow, vegan and contain DHA, EPA and DPA which is a the dream combination for Omega 3 to get maximum benefits from the oils, as I understand it. They are also free from wheat and gluten. Yep love these!

Expires in 3 months time
Although it seems like a pretty good product, I received a bottle that expires in 3 months' time from the date I bought it, which is disappointing because the expiry date isn't mentioned anywhere in the description. Ordered it on the 7th of April 2021 and expires on the 1st of July 2021.

Great stuff for my daily routine
Does what it says on the packet soft gels easy to swallow and always delivered quick and I’m sure my body has probably benefited from taking them. I try to take every day or two days.

All good...except for the carrageenan
A decent product at a decent price; one per day is enough to fulfil your omega 3 requirements. My only gripe—which is a big one—is that the capsule shell is made of carrageenan, meaning that I have to open the capsule onto a spoon in order to take the liquid, which pretty much defeats the object of having capsules in the first place. I purchased these becase they were the best value for money that I could find, despite knowing I would have to open the capsules. The only carrageenan-free alternatives were signifiantly more expensive. Carrageenan is fine for most people, but for those with gut-related disorders (Chrohn's; IBD; IBS; leaky gut; autism), of which I am one, caution is advised. Products containing carrageenan definitely irritate my gut, and these capsules (of which I reluctantly tested one, preparing myself for a day or so of painful repercussions, which did indeed ensue shortly after taking the capsule) are no exception. Resultantly, I have no choice but to keep opening them.I wish this company would make a liquid, or carrageenan-free, version of this product for the same price—I'd certainly buy it.
