Great product, I did however get one with a defect. I contacted the seller and they were amazing. Customer service made this product 5 star Michelin!!! The product is great, rubber coated steel cable string, great retention spring steel belt clip and steel housing makes this product very tuff, and ya can't beat the price. I use this to carry a key card but could very easily be used to carry keys as well, that is how strong the spring is. Oh did I mention the customer service is too notch, my issue was sesilved in just a couple hours!!!! Get it you need this

After my badge reel broke, i found this one online. Turns out, almost everyone I work with in the ICU has this same badge reel. Very heavy duty without being heavy. I have had zero issues out of mine and I'm pretty rough on it!

If you’re looking for a heavy duty badge wheel this is what you should get. I definitely recommend this. What I like is the weight to it. It has a strong metal clip. The string is like a Kevlar material so it won’t break. There is nothing to not like about this. The price is fair as well.

Bought in October and by December it had snapped. I'm a nurse, constantly badging in and out of the dept. Did not hold up like other brands I've used that lasted 1-2 years before breaking.Update.The company sent me a replacement. I've been using it religiously since Dec 2022 till now (Feb 2024). No issues. Holding up great. Will purchase again in the future. Great customer service.

Really useful considering where I work. I also like how the reel itself doesn't frey unlike the badge reels that came with my badge when I first started my job. I do not recommend having this on the collar of your shirt because if you do it may slip off and hit your hand or hit the wall. Otherwise I do recommend this product to friends and would buy again if needed.

I wasn’t sure if I liked it at first because the reel was about 50% bigger and heavier than my previous badge holder. This is because the string is made of metal strands, not the usual nylon. However, this is good because it will most likely last a long time; nylon string wears thin after 4 to 5 years. I don’t notice the extra size and weight while wearing it at all.
