Seems good
Its screen wash. I put it neat it my car for winter and topped up with normal ready to use screen wash. Temp was -5° last night and it worked after just a few mins of running the car.

It's all in the application...
Couldn't get rain x shipped to Northern Ireland so went for this instead.... Works just like its supposed to . When applying its important to clean the glass before application , I use fairy liquid and a magic eraser sponge with minimum pressure... FFS don't scrub it ! ...rinse and dry . Use a small amount on a new microfibre cloth and go in small overlapping circles let it haze over then using the same wet spot on cloth go over it again , rinse glass with water ,let it dry and buff with a new clean microfibre cloth . I see videos on YouTube of people just pouring this on windows !!!! no need to . PS very fast postage

When it works, it works. But...
Bought this as had a water repellent on my original windscreen from the dealer, but it had worn off. The product worked on first application, above 40mph the water would roll off. Unfortunately I have a fairly slow drive before I hit fast roads, so the wipers wear away at the coating meaning it only lasted about 2 weeks maximum before becoming less effective. The problem I found was when it becomes less effective, it starts to leave a haze. This isn't a problem in the daytime, but at night, in unlit areas, it's unnerving. I attempted reapplying the product, but this just makes things worse. I have contacted Tetrosyl (Bluecol) who say that overapplication of the product may cause this - I just followed the directions on the bottle. As of yet, i've not been able to actually remove this product from my windscreen.Nov 2018 - time wore off the coating. I once again applied with a clean cloth, minimal amounts, circular motion, letting it dry and then sprinkling with water and wiping til clear. The same thing has happened again - once slightly worn, in the dark, wet, unlit roads with lights coming towards you - you cannot see a thing.

Okay
I used rainex before but tried this because of the good reviews and with it being a little bit cheaper. It does work and the rain does bead off at speed but in my opinion just not quite as well as rainex - but virtually the same.

Great for cold winters
I have found that this product stays liquid at very low temperatures if the instructions are followed, unlike pre-mixed products from a well know car maintenance and bike superstore.Easier to mix if you have an empty 5 litre plastic can to mix yourself.I live a softwater area so no issues with deposits or smears, perhaps hardwater caused the problems mentioned by the other reviewer.Eitherway a few smears is a small price to pay for screen wash which works at very low temperatures.

Perfect results no more lime scale as the water beads ...
Does the job perfectly, I used it in the shower room that is fed with mains water not through the water softener. Perfect results no more lime scale as the water beads off so easily
