A very sturdy Shure microphone stand
It's sturdy, high quality, and have a very nice black finish. Held my Shure sm7bd very well, didn't bend nor shake at the screw with the mic. The only thing that shakes is the base, but the center of gravity is always within the base so it won't tip over unless you push it very hard to one side. Would recommend 10/10

Works as intended. Sturdy, actually a but larger than I thought it would be. Confident it would hold up my shure mic. Wanted something that was on my desk, over my hanging stand which i alternate with.

This stand is too tall
This microphone stand is too tall to record anything comfortably at a standing desk, which is unfortunate because I love everything else about it. It's sturdy and looks great... it's just simply unusable. Check your measurements.

Quality mic stand, but the height is a bit too tall for a sitting desk.

Great height, happy I ignored the reviews about height!
Not sure why people said the height of this stand was an issue, I really like it. I am 5'6" and sitting in a standard chair, it is fine! The quality is great, I give it a 5 star!

Good Purchase
I produced an indie podcast, and it came in handy, when we had a 3rd talking head. Did its job. Nothing more to say.

High Quality But Too Tall
This is advertised as being designed for the Shure MV7, but that mic already has some height to it. Putting it on this stand makes it way too tall. I had to return it. (If you're looking for a stand for your MV7, buy the Samson MD5 Desktop Microphone Stand. It's half the price and it's the perfect height.)
