We installed this in a Chevy Silverado, so that meant having to use bolts as it's specifically designed for the F150/250/350 series. Was easy enough to do and sits nicely in the truck bed. It seals quite well - if you sit on it you'll hear some air escape and we tested it out by leaving the truck outside during rainstorms and it held the seal nicely. Easy to close and lock and looks nice in the truck bed. We're very happy!

What I needed for my Canam in the bed . Came with brackets I can adapt for mounting. The latches are on the cheap side. Pop open and not very theft proof.

I like the box except it leaves quite a bit of room on either side (I have a 2012 F-250 King Ranch). The instructions tell me to use the original screws that were in the original bracket. I didn’t have any “original” brackets. I’m going to need to buy some self tapping screws for this bracket in order to attach it to the bed and use the provided pan heads to attach to the bracket on the box. Also, in the description is uses says extra Molle panels. The “extra” panels are the 2 that come with it. I ordered this to use for storage immediately as I was going to Helene areas for work. Now, I have to go and buy my own hardware to mount this box that should have been included. I was looking forwards to the “extra” molle panels for my hi lo jack. As I said, Eh…..I kinda like it and then I kinda don’t. We’ll see how it works and I’ll update this review*Update*- The box has been ok. What I’m not happy about is the way it’s mounted creates a very hard to get to area behind the box to clean fall/winter leaves out from. The worst part is the locks. I’ve been broken into numerous times and it is very easy to pry the locking mechanism up and out of the locking bar and bracket. I can tell it’s very easy to break into because it’s easy for me to fix the locking bar back into its original place. It’s very soft metal and is easy for me to bend back into place. Other than the way it’s mounted, the space behind the box and the flimsy locks it’s a good box. Not worth the price but good. As in average. Like a toddlers toy box average.

This was a great addition to our 2023 Toyota Tundra TRD Pro. We didn't end up mounting it to the bedrails because the first brackets fit into the slotted frame of our bed and keep it from moving backward, forward or tipping. You could mount it behind the bedrail if you wanted it more securely attached. We have a bed cover that keeps it in place and I can easily remove the tool box without tools when needed.

I really like this tool box. It fits nicely in my bed. It wasn't to bad to install either. It's built really heavy duty and has some neat features. The inside has molle type mounts built into the lids which make customization easier. The few things I don't like about it are really kinda nitpicking. The latches don't always stay closed unless you lock them. For some reason they pop open. But the lid is heavy and stays in the down position. Solution is to lock the locks, which I always do anyway. The other complaint is that it's kinda small for a bed tool box and the 2 lid design limits the size of objects you can put in it. That said it's a smaller box for a reason, it was designed that way. And also it seems very water tight. No leaks so far. It comes down to if this dimensions of the box fits your needs. It does for me. If they could get the latches working better I would say it would be perfect.

Perfect size and would have been everything I needed. BUT the latches are terrible. Busted my hand open just trying to open the box. If I didn’t have to be in it everyday, I might have kept it. Not worth fighting it all the time. Hardware didn’t fit the box well and wanted to cross thread. Same with the bracket back to its self. Returned it. Spend once, cry once.

The first thing I noticed (which I disliked most) are the latches. They do not close properly without using the key to lock them. Add that the latch hardware is held in by little screws and it was quite disappointing at this price point. I know I could find a way to upgrade the latches but at this price, I shouldn't have to.Plainly, the latches don't stay closed in the same way you would expect a plain toolbox or even a tool case does. The latches should close securely even if it isn't locked.The body of this box is okay. It is single-walled plastic and will probably hold up well. The mounting hardware is shipped inside but not secured well and this box held up to that heavy hardware banged around inside during transport. It has some gouges from the hardware but nothing that broke through the walls.Plenty of hold-down points. Good seals for weatherproofing. The MOLLE compatible panels mounted on the lids will be super handy.I like that the box is one big space and opening either lid give you access to the entire box. And this box is lighter than what I'm used to.Carrying the box is a bit awkward but that's okay. The box should not be designed to be portable.It's priced too high for what it is. Even if the latches were upgraded, the price would be too high. This bed box needs much better latches and better methods of mounting the latches. And a huge price cut. Then, it'll be a comparable box to what's readily available.

This toolbox is well made with gasketed lids to keep your gear dry and contained. Each lid is lockable and there is a bonus small object tray in between the lids to store small items. The brackets make it easy to attach to the factory box link locations to secure and stabilize the box in your bed. It is nice that you can set up the box at the front or rear box link locations. The blow molded structure is tough and should withstand a lot of use and abuse.
