Very Useful Scanner
Purchased this as an upgrade to an older, smaller version of the same scanner. To start, the larger touch screen is amazing, responsive, and much easier to navigate the apps and read the diagnostic reports. I used this on my two Audis and our Nissan. It picked up 57 codes that my other branded scanners missed. It is very helpful; when the code comes up and you are connected to wifi, it will lead you to a Google search for more information without having to use another device. I could easily access advanced features in my Audis previously only accessible with advanced diagnostic programs such as VCDS. Reading the live data on the larger screen is a breeze. It appears to have Bluetooth connectivity with add-on devices for TPMS. I like the direct connection to the car with the OBD cable, but it could be a bit longer. The battery life is a bit shorter in this compared to the older, smaller version, but it still lasted me several days of heavy use before a recharge. It is a bit on the spendy side, but for all the abilities it has and expansion options, it is worth the investment if you're a DIY or professional mechanic. The heavy-duty case is an added bonus for storage and transport.

AMAZING VALUE ALL SYSTEMS SCANNER even affordable for DIY or beginning techs,
I am a 25 year experienced auto tech and repair instructor, and find this scanner to be a great value. Its a 7 inch screen , which its nicer with 10 inch, but saves money, It has wifi updating for 2 years, which saves you 500 or more compared to buying an autel scanner that only includes 1 year, It is surprisingly fast doing health reports for entry level scanner, No Bluetooth connector, but they have 919BT that does for slightly more.. It has basically similar coverage and functions that there pro line of scanners have. No topology screen and no full programing but to get that you have to spend 2000 to 4000. It covers all systems, has majority of special functions and maintenance resets and has some bidirectional features so you can activate fans or windows , etc. It even has coding of special features and in some cases you can clone a modules configuration and reprogram the new module. It also allows you to reprogram TPMS sensors, if you access to tire machine to change sensors. It has common functions ofABS bleeding and throttle body adaption and many others like Electronic brake calibration. In summary its a good scanner for both DIY ers that want all systems and for experienced techs that don't do or need full module programming, It enables you to share and email before and after reports to yourself or to customers also. I'm not sure but think you can even add keys to some vehicles , not all keys lost,

Best bang for your buck
I got this because it Professional grade diagnostic tool, Good battery life, Touch screen is responsive. apps load quickly, Had no issues reading and data logging needed PID's, 2 year subscription included makes it good value, Tablet is encased is a nice heavy duty case that is easy to hold, The range of vehicles covered is impressive has way more features and ability to reset and go deeper into codes etc. we ran a diagnostic on his 14 lexus ct 200h which has been throwing ABS codes and the bi directional workings came in great to rebleed the toyota systems . It's a nice scanner for the price and capabilities.

clears codes and DOES work with add-on iTPMS wand
Somewhat sophisticated scanner but it does seem to have a software flaw that when reading live data after little bit it throws the car into fault codes which causes the car to go into limp mode. That part is unfortunate because this tool has so many special functions that do seem useful. I hope a forthcoming software update clears up the hiccup but I won’t hold my breath as the manufacture/production date is 2022 and I just bought it new 2025. The main reason I spent to this level of Launch was to get my iTPMS wand to work with the scan tool to do car Relean which it does flawlessly.

Great Tool - Overseas Support is a Challenge
This tool functions well and is fairly easy to use. What wasn’t clear to me is this tool is not supported by Launch-US. I bought this tool to be able to work on my Jeep JK. When I first started using the tool, I had cam/crank relearn and cam phaser cleaning functions. For some reason these functions recently disappeared. I reached out to Launch US customer service and was informed this model is an overseas model and not supported by Launch US. I was told to reach out to Launch’s overseas customer service. I used the contact seller feature through Amazon After hearing from the overseas support, I was told I need to purchase the full program for my model vehicle. No answer yet on why I had the function when I set up the tool and then they just went away. From what I understood, the product came with the current functions available at this time for my vehicle but future updates would be at an additional cost after a year. While the unit is well made, functions well, provides good diagnostic data, the overseas support is a concern. The quality is very good and the tool is very durable.Overall I like the quality and data the tool provides is very useful. Hopefully I can get the missing functions restored without paying extra. If you are in the US, I would recommend purchasing a unit supported by Launch US. This Launch tool is a great product and reasonably priced. The support is the main concern. If it wasn’t for the support issue, I probably would have given this tool 5 stars.
