If you've never tried Konjac noodles (Miracle noodles, oat fiber noodles, etc) then Newdles might seem strange to you. However....for anyone on a low carb/keto diet who HAS tried Konjac/Miracle noodles...I highly recommend these.There is no smell. You know that sort of fishy seaweed-like smell that Miracle noodles have? Newdles have no smell ....NO smell ....nada....nothing. They come in a bag of liquid, just drain them, rinse them, and you're ready to cook with them. I did do a quick dry fry but the instructions say that's not necessary.They are more tender than regular Konjac/Miracle noodles. They are not completely soft, but they are nowhere near the consistency of Miracle noodles.I tried each bag of noodles in a different way. The first bag I tried exactly according to the package instructions, using the little packets of seasoning that came with it. I added pieces of chicken and a hard-boiled egg to make a meal. It was absolutely delicious.The second bag I prepared without the seasoning packets. Instead, I used them in my favorite low-carb Pad Thai recipe. OMG ....amazing....truly. The sauce adheres nicely to the noodles. These are the PERFECT low carb noodle for ketogenic Asian recipes. WINNER.The third bag I used as the noodle for low carb chicken 'fettuccine' . A little disclaimer here....do NOT expect these noodles to taste like pasta...they do not come close...they are the low carb equivalent to a rice noodle or similar asian noodle...they are in no way like a pasta noodle. That said ....I mixed them with zoodles (spiraled zucchini) ....and you know what? They were pretty good. The alfredo sauce adhered well to them.I will definitely be purchasing these again!

I am completely amazed at how delicious these noodles are!!! I have tried all three flavors and I love them!!! Just follow the directions and be sure to drain them and rinse them with warm water a few times. After you rinse them they are completely odorless...not that they have a bad odor when you first open the package. It's just different. The sauce packet and soup powder are not overly salty and have a delicious savory flavor. The dehydrated vegetables reconstitute wonderfully. These dried vegetables are not at all like the dehydrated peas and carrots that I used to find in "Cup-O-Ramen". You can eat the noodles cold or heat them in the soup base as a noodle soup. The mouthfeel of these noodles is phenomenal.The best part is I am full for hours after eating my one package of noodles. In fact, my appetite is so much better regulated for the entire day. It is quite a bit of fiber so expect the usual result after consuming this sponge-like fiber. 😃Again, I tried all three flavors and they are all really quite tasty. They beat the cheap Ramen noodles we have come to know as Americans by a mile for taste, with less salt, ease of preparation, less calories, so much fiber and the added bonus of appetite control (at least for me).

I received my first ever package of Newdles and when we cooked it, the noodles seemed dry, flat and almost dehydrated. I assumed that was just how they tasted and I didn’t like it. I figure I tried it and it didn’t work and that’s that.Fast forward a couple weeks later, and Newdles contacted me saying that some of their products were defective and they would be sending me a new package to try. I initially ordered 3 but they sent me 6 for free! How awesome! We whipped up the noodles last night and they were fantastic. I’m so happy, I got to try their product the way it was ended to taste. Great customer service. I will be purchasing again.

These noodles are freaking amazing and so easy to prepare. So much better than I was expecting.They're ideal for people who worry about calories and carbs. I'm usually pretty hesitant to purchase or consume anything prepackaged like this, but it was way too easy to prepare without any cooking procedure. Just follow the instruction, put into a bowl, and mix up with your own seasoning or sauce. It didn't taste unhealthy or artificial in any way either, just seemed like the equivalent of if you had boiled real ramen at home. One pack will make a good size bowl of noodles and amazing broth. The seasoning packs they come with are way better then any non keto noodle packs or soup I have ever tried including ones from Asia.

I just made a packet of Newdles and feel like my life have been changed! Seriously, can’t thank you guys enough for the delicious Newdles! I was the biggest ramen fan before I started Keto and it ’s been the hardest thing not to eat. So, I haven’t been this excited for food in a long time! Newdles, you guys are the best! Yes, I’ve been nervous about the texture as other noodles of this nature have hurt me before. These - you have given me a whole new world to explore! Bless you- bless your Newdles!

I've tried all the flavors of Newdles and like them all. But I keep coming back to the Pickled Cabbage Flavor. The noodles are good with none of the fishy vibe and the tartness of the cabbage flavor is perfect. What a great and quick low calorie meal.

These are the best substitute for regular pasta I've found. There's no odd fishy smell when the package is opened and there is no unpleasant aftertaste. Fabulous ingredient in any dish requiring pasta. Don't ever take them off the market!
