How are all these fake reviews stay up on Amazon? I trusted the good reviews and solid ratings, but I am only left with disappointment. I have also taken the video, but it's regretful I can't upload it with my review.Reasons that this product sucks:1. Earphones are so FAT and BIG it won't fit your ear comfortably and will easily fall off.2. Sound is vaguely audible and cuts off VERY FREQUENTLY.3. Left earphone is noticeably worse than the right one, in terms of the sound quality and connectivity.4. Charging case won't close tightly and stay opened more than half of the time, regardless of how tightly you try to close it.5. Uncomfortable to use. When you put the earphones back into the case, it stays connected, so you need to disconnect the earphones manually each time you stops listening. Needless to say, you need to manually re-connect it, each time you want to use the earphones again. TERRIBLE user experience.

I rarely write a review but if for nothing else, I need to vent. The batteries only lasted 1.5 hours while being advertised on Amazon at 5 hours. Even the manual, which looks like it's written by a 3rd grader, says the batteries are rated at 1.5 hours! The sound quality is horrible and getting both buds to pair is tricky. Finally, the 5-star reviews, which I didn't notice until I decided to return the earbuds, or "earburds" as the manual describes them, were written on the same day. Made in China says it all.

These are fake garbage. This whole listing is a scam that I unfortunately fell for. The "good" reviews were all posted on the same day by.They sound like garbage and barely hold any charge.

Directions are terrible. The volume does not go high enough. I like my music loud and it doesn’t give you the option to get that large. I figured as long as people could hear me, that’d be ok. People couldn’t hear me well in phone conversations. I would not buy it, would not recommend and would prefer to return.

They only hold a standby charge if 2 hours after being fully charge for 2 hours. They shut off while I'm speaking to someone! I do a lot 9f landscaping as well. The Law in my State just passed a law that talking on your phone while driving is illegal.So I'm desperately trying to find a Bluetooth earpiece that will go on my left ear!! Any suggestions would be appreciated!!Glenn
