THINDUST Summer Bandana Face Cover - Sun Protection Neck Gaiter - Fishing face scarf

Unlike many gaiters or tube masks, this is not just a tube of flimsy fabric with raw edges. It is well stitched — the top and bottom edges are hemmed and there’s a single seam along the back with the small THINDUST logo label showing. All the stitching is double zigzag style that lays flat and does not create discomfort or stitch marks on my face. It’s thicker than I expected, but still fairly light — probably best for cool to moderate weather; I don’t think I’ll wear them in the summer. But if you’re into motorcycling or dirt bike type of sports, or engaged in water activities where spray may get in your face, these will still serve you well even in warm weather. They don’t cling as tightly to the face as the ones that fit like wide stockings, but they stay up well enough if you hike them up in the back.I find that wearing then in the burka style makes my head feel super cocooned, so I mostly wear them around my neck and pull up for masking, or on my head as a head scarf or beanie (by knitting one end). I got one black and one red. I will likely buy more, especially if I find solid purple. It’s good to have several so you can wash your mask daily.

These neck gaiters look nice but if you plan on using them for COVID-19 regulations, you should be warned that they do not stay up over your face very well. The top band is very loose. The only way I could get these things to say up over my nose and mouth was to tuck the back part of the gaiter up underneath my hat. Otherwise you’ll just be readjusting it every few seconds, especially if you’re talking to someone because your mouth movements will make this these things fall off your face even faster! So if you don’t want people around you to be uneasy and brief with you, I would choose a different gaiter.

Fit Perfectly! Not too tight when pulled up to cover my nose. You could even cover a paper mask under it for added protection. But substantial material is thick enough to provide good protection from sneeze aerosol.Silky, stretchy feel. And with glasses on too, the material hugs the sides of the nose for a better seal."No-fray" hem at top and bottom so it doesn't fray in when washed and dried. Works as a headband or neck scarf too so I can quickly pull it up over my nose if needed in public. Nicer look than a paper mask. Great price for 6!

These work fine enough, doesn't work that well for very fine particulate. If you are wearing this with glasses breathing will cause your glasses to fog up. I've tried to find some way to wear this so it doesn't send your exhale up into your eyes but no luck. I should have just bought a real respirator with a solid seal.

I was looking for something lightweight since I have asthma and we have to wear face coverings on a daily basis. This works just great!

My favorite brand for these.. good fabric and great elasticity. Protects from sun. Not recommended as PPE for dust or small particles as an FYI. Works well though If you’re breaking up concrete and small rocks are flying around. I use these in combination with protective sunglasses. Works well. Might buy more soon but really a couple works perfect for me. I don’t have to wash every use which is a plus for me.

High quality material as described in the product description. I work in the Las Vegas, NV heat an with covid-19 still a daily fear. This was the perfect reusable product to keep me cool and protected at the same time. Versatile and my co-works will definitely be purchasing this product as well.

I needed something I could pull up when riding down dusty roads or mowing. This works well and is washable.
