I have been searching for low cal food to control my weight for a long while. But most low cal ones are not quite tasty. My friend recommended me to try Konjac and told me Konjac noodles will meet my needs. I saw this product on Amazon and decided to give it a try. I love Asian noodles by the way.When I received those noodles, I didn't expect them to be so yummy. They were AWESOME!! Very easy to cook (you can eat it right away or like me, boil it in water for 3min). There were sauce bags in each pack and those bags made the noodles super tasty. I added some veggies on top to make a more delusions meal.This product is the best low cal product I've ever tried. Will buy more and update my weight control progress.

These are incredible. I went Keto three months ago and it has been a trial and error finding products that are good. I have tried literally every "noodle" there is for Keto and these are hands down the best. The LITERALLY taste and feel like real pasta when you eat them. SO easy make, and that weird fish smell that other products have is so minimal on these ones. Try all flavors, they are all good. You can literally add anything and everything to these to make endless meals. I will buy forever.

Wow. I'm actually really impressed.A friend of mine brought these noodles and convinced a few of us to try them -- I really wasn't expecting much ('needles' sound kind of weird, and I normally don't buy instant anything or eat a ton of noodles in general) but:1. They were surprisingly really chewy / al dente in texture (I thought they'd be a lot more slimy and stuck together)2. Super easy to prepare for those busy and lazy guys, like me3. Just plain tasty!I'm usually pretty hesitant to purchase or consume anything prepackaged like this, but it was way too easy to prepare in the microwave or just boil it, put into a bowl, and mix up with your own seasoning or sauce. It didn't taste unhealthy or artificial in any way either, just seemed like the equivalent of if you had boiled your own rice noodles at home.Apparently, these are already healthy as it is, I do not need to consider how much I had for today. The only pro is that I could feel hungry after 2 hours during the day if Newdles is the only food I had. So I highly recommend those who are on a diet to eat with fish or chicken breast. Moreover, they are good if you're trying to avoid processed flour or anything with gluten.Here is the picture how I prepared for dinner last night, I tried them with grilled salmon and Asparagus try to make it 'more healthy' by adding protein and veges. I really love the ease of preparation and actual texture. Health benefits are an added bonus, and interestingly enough, I really liked the chewiness of these noodles better than the other kinds.... the only problem now is I want some more!

So I ordered these off of Amazon and when I finally got them, they looked kinda funny (like hard and shrunken) since this was my first time I thought that was the way they were supposed to be, after trying them I was so disappointed that I threw them out. A couple of days later I got an email from the newdles people explain about how the cold temperatures in the north east of the US had affected the texture of the newdles and offered to make up for it and they sent a good version and OMG these are such a great alternative to pasta, especially on keto. You don't miss the regular pasta at all with these! Thank you to the newdles team for being up front and remedying the problem. Highly recommend them!!

researched this product and it was scary...Causes masses to form in throat or stomach and can be deadly. must "drink a lot of water"to prevent this...What does a lot of water constitute????It would have been helpful to know this info which was found on the web prior to purchasing this. I am reconsidering this product

These are a lot better than the shiratake noodles in the produce Dept. They don't have the bad smell and they taste great. They really hit the spot for a low carb spaghetti solution! This seller is awesome. They actually contacted me to see how I liked them! Will purchase again...going to try all the flavors!

I like all of their noodles. I order their other flavors too. Just like all Konjac products, if you boil the noodles, the smell goes away. It's good for quick dinner and a lot better than expected. I got bad batches in my delivery, but they were quick about responding to my emails and quick to send me replacements. All in all, I'm having a good experience.

My order arrived yesterday, 11/09/2018. This product expires 11/21/2018. I placed my order earlier this week, fast shipping. Now I guess I have to eat these fast 😑 considering I only have 2 weeks until they expire.
