I’ve sturggled with plantar fasciitis over the past 2 years with occasional relief from varying products. This time my Achilles is more inflamed, the 3D dotted running compression has provided great support to the arch and padding over the Achilles‘ tendon with minimal to No soreness, pain or fatigue. So far after 2 5 mile runs and a 7 mile hike I’m very pleased. 5 ⭐️

I have a tendency to get blisters on the sides of my pinky toes, and these socks have eliminated that problem. They're extremely comfortable even when worn for long periods of time. They last very well through 80 minutes of non-stop rugby games. Definitely recommend.

Very comfortable and offer some compression which gives support for ankle and achilles!! They offer 4 colors in the 3D dot style but wish they had more colors. Love them!!!
