ReaLemon Lemon Juice - 32 Oz, (Pack of 3)

I mix this with water and drink it without anything else added. This gives me a taste kick while avoiding artificial or natural sweeteners. Probably not for everyone. I like it strong, so I mix about 1/4 cup of this into 12 oz of water. I drink one or two like this first thing and the morning, then whenever else I feel like it.I initially bought this because almost every recipe for home-made sports drink I find online, for some reason unknown to me, has lemon juice as an ingredient. Then there are people who swear drinking lemon juice daily makes them feel better etc. etc, which I don't take seriously because I believe large scale randomized trials are needed to prove such things, not just the claims of a dozen or so individuals. Having said that, I do feel great, maybe the lemon is a factor, I don;t know.PRICE: I found it difficult to get a good price online, even though I buy three bottles at a time. The grocery store has been a better place to buy it so far.CAYENNE PEPPER: I discovered by accident that adding a tiny (and I mean tiny) bit of cayenne pepper into the mix clears my sinuses almost instantly, and for a long time after. That has happened for me many times. I've only tried this with cayenne in the lemon mix (sometimes I like the flavor kick it gives), so I'm not sure if it would work in other mixtures.SPOUT: I've discovered that some bottles of the lemon come with squirt inserts in the mouth and some don't. I've started saving the squirt inserts and bottles so I can pur the product into them when I get a bottle that does not have it.

Let’s be clear upfront and say this is not ‘pure’ lemon juice as there are some preservatives in there, though probably not much.With that out of the way, I can say I truly prefer the taste of this product to other ‘squeezed lemon’ products. One might think a lemon is a lemon but there are considerable differences in taste.I started drinking this miked in 2L bottles of cold seltzer to help me break my Diet Coke addition (now there’s something full of chemicals alright!). Plain water wasn’t enough, I missed the fizz.Now I probably drink at least one 2L/day of seltzer with RealLemon squirted in there. Doesn’t take much, and far tastier than the store bought ‘flavored waters’.I’ve been doing this for years, will be doing this for many years to come!

The lemon juice and containers are great but it is quite a bit cheaper in the grocery stores in my city.

I use it to flavor my tea. Not as good as the juice of a real lemon, but much more practica since I brew 12 cups of tea at a time and add it during that process.

The Real Lemon is a great value pack. I would recommend if you use it for cooking or adding to your water it's well the price and the delivery time

We’ve all been there, making that fantastic dish, you squeeze the lemon and gets almost no juice! What to do, hope you have RealLemon on hand. I grew up on this product, and it’s always been great. I always have it in the pantry, and fridge. This is a great way to buy it, 3 large bottles!

For reasons I do not understand, I cannot find ReaLemon lemon concentrate anywhere around here, just knock offs. I use it, along with a baking soda-water mix, to wash my hair so I need this. How can they even call this a city when you can't get so many basic things?
