great！I have buyed 2 chairs in 2018. I just want to say this chair is a pretty sweet buy! like the reclining feature with the leg rest, it gives me somewhere to get away and take a nap. The chair is also nice in the fact that it also keeps my toes from going numb after hours of sitting.

Bought it to use at work and it works perfectly. Just as described and now everyone at work wants one.

When the chair moves back/front, it makes irritating noise. It seems to be made of cheap quality. When I purchased, less than a year, there was a warranty of 3 years. Now, amazon has removed the option of return, and the details of seller - Well-Spring AU, are not readily available.
