I decided to buy these lights for two reasons. They're magnetic and rechargeable. I was looking for some kind of light to stick to my toilet that would illuminate it when I used the bathroom in the middle of the night. I chose these over the over the rim toilet lights because I had one of those and it was dead in a month and required batteries. This one I stuck to the under side of the seat cover, but low enough that the seat would go over it when lifted and these have worked perfectly for that. They even have a property that I was not expecting and somewhat worried about, they seem to be at least water resistant. Both lights have fallen into the toilet from other members of the house hold putting the cover down, but the lights continue to work. That shows my only complaint, which is I wish the magnet was stronger. It still takes a bit of force from the seat dropping to get it to fall, but still weak enough to fall from a light drop. Overall, I love these little lights, they light up the toilet without blinding me and still manage to continue to work even after falling into the water.

The real plus to this product is that batteries aren't required. We have two installed in a room we enter from our garage, so it goes on and off quite frequently. We have to charge them about every 7 weeks. It doesn't take long to charge them. There are two modes of brightness. It gives us sufficient light to enter our laundry room without turning on our overhead lights.

Absolutely love these little suckers. It gives off just the right amt of light for you to see, but won’t wake up your little one in case you decide to check on them at night. I use this in my daughter’s room. It easily detaches from magnet to recharge with usb, much more environmentally friendly than disaposable batteries. I’ve charged only once since receiving it and haven’t needed to again in over a month

These are very well made, and charge quickly and I expect the charge will last a long time. This has two brightness settings, but both are fairly dim. I bought these to use in a closet and an attic crawl space that don't have lights, and its not quite bright enough for my purpose.The magnetic backing feels very strong and well done - I don't have any concerns about them not staying in place.-update- I use one of these in my stairs so I don't have to turn on the main hallway light in the middle of the night. The battery lasts at least three months before breeding to be charged.

I like this night light. I use it while traveling, staying in hotels etc where blackout curtains may be necessary to get to sleep but the room becomes trip hazard when you get up. It is USB chargeable so you're not constantly replacing batteries, the motion detection sensitivity is just right, and there are two levels of brightness so it can be set for varying conditions. The price is very attractive too I recommend it I don't think you can go wrong.

Love these small, rechargeable, motion-sensing night lights. Two brightness settings, I keep mine on low and it’s still enough light for me. I placed them in the hallway of our house where the kids bedrooms are. Our house was built in the 50s when they didn’t install as many outlets everywhere. That hallway has zero outlets in it. I wanted some light in the hall at night for the kids but didn’t them on all night. The motion sensors work well. I stuck these low on the wall with some 3M Command strips to be able to cleanly remove when needed to recharge. I’ve had them for a couple months so far and I haven’t had to charge them yet.

Had hoped for lights that after detecting motion would stay on for 10+ seconds. One of the two units does that [yay, 5 stars], but the other goes off almost instantly [2 seconds display time] unless there is constant motion. While some people may be hunting for such a quick on/off, it isn’t what we are hunting for so the second light of the two-pack only gets 3 stars. Wish there was an easy way to adjust the light on duration

These things are simple and effective. The way I live, I’m not home very often and I really only use them when I take a shower. Because of their sparse use they last a long time at my place. A tip for y’all is to use command strips on the magnet holder for easy removal if you want to relocate it around your house or if you move a lot.

Very happy with them. Because we have them all over the House, they come on all the time (On Auto) - therefore I have to charge them once a week. It only takes 2 hours, so I don’t really mind. (They also pick up my Cat’s every movement)If you buy them and put them in places that won’t get much traffic (On Auto) then you’ll probably only need to charge them once a Month???They give off a decent amount of light :)

We love these little lights. We bought them to provide a little light in an ensuite bathroom at night time, and in night mode the glow is just right without disturbing the darkness of the bedroom. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them or buy more. Been using them for a month now and still on their first charge. The other one is in the hall on full light mode and it goes on at about 2 meters.

Wow just wow ! Having not socket on my landing and 3 young boys using the loo at night I needed something and took a chance on 2 of these, I’ve put 1 at each end of the landing and there is more then enough light and will be recommending them to my friends! You won’t be disappointed.Ps I am getting some to put down the stairs too now !

I bought these because my cat had trouble pooping in the night. I had to go with a rechargeable because there was no outlet close to his litter box. I stuck one of these badboys near his litter and it works very well! The light only activates when the room is dark (ie: does not turn on if the room is bright enough) and works for about 2 months straight on one charge.My cat and I would highly recommend this product. I no longer have to clean poop off his bum and he can now inspect his poop after he is finished.

I use them towards the bottom of the stairs to help my dog see very good product
