Perfect amount of fluff
This was perfect for my dress. It gave it the perfect amount of lift. I think it made the dress pop even more. Added bonus is that it was a cold day when I wore it and the added material kept the cold drafts off my legs. Was very comfortable the whole night.

Absolutely perfect!
This hoop skirt is exactly what I was looking for! I have a 6 hoop skirt that is wonderful but I needed a slightly smaller diameter for some of my costumes. This was perfect for that! It fits through my doorways but still fills out my skirts nicely and doesn’t require me to make constant adjustments to avoid knocking things over or bump into people as I move around in tighter spaces. The ruffles are adorable as well! I normally wear a 16-18 US womens size and this skirt fit very well with some room to spare. I also love the elastic in the waistband as well as the strings attached to the waistband to accommodate larger sizes. It wasn’t too snug but felt quite secure whereas some hoop skirts only have a drawstring waist that can slip lower on my waist as the day goes on. I’m super glad I bought this 4 hoop skirt and will absolutely purchase again when I need a white one or a red one. Seriously, if you’re on the fence about buying this, just take the plunge. It’s fantastic!

I had to return the first one because it ripped at waist area. was pourly sewed. replaced and second was perfect.

Great, but could be more durable
I wore this as part of ren fair costume. It made my skirt fluff up and I got lots of compliments. It was comfy enough to walk around in all day and not too difficult to sit down it. It also wasn't too difficult clean afterwords (the hems got muddy). I only have two issues:1) after a day of wear I did notice many pin prick like holes throughout. It's still wearable but I don't know how many wears this will last for.2) If you're height is around 5 feet you will have to pull this up high so it doesn't drag on the ground/you don't trip. And pulling it up high does affect the overall look of how your skirt/dress will look.

BE AWARE: Its a crinoline STYLE petticoat made OF a high quality Nylon. Kind of satin like. THE GOOD NEWS: For the $, it's a structured, FUNCTIONAL item & has a nice look to it. For costumes, it will fit your cosplay needs. THE BAD NEWS: Expecting to pay a Walmart price for a Gucci expectation is just ridiculous. Get over yourself. You GET what you pay for. Hope this helps with your decision. ( mine had no liner ) I will remove some hoops to see if it will hold up on a bit less volume and follow up if that is a fail.

Fantastic!
This was used under a Halloween costume and it made the costume so much better! I thought I would hate it, but it actually was super comfy. It was a bit tight around my waste, but I have some pounds to shed.I did step on it a couple times and it frayed, but overall I think for the price of it, it was well worth it!
