I think the dollhouse is very fun to make. It can be time consuming, so it's perfect for someone with lots of time on their hands, or someone looking for something to do. If you're looking to buy this for a kid, I'm 11, and I had a great time making this set, so I would say that a kid about 10 and up would probably enjoy this set. The instructions are in Chinese, but that wasn't really a problem for me because the pictures are really descriptive and they show you exactly what you need to do, but if you're not satisfied, they do send you an English copy if you want it. I was really happy with this set, and really proud of my end result. This set is very unique especially compared to others, and I love it. I would gladly recommend this to anyone who wants it.

Very neat once you complete construction. This comes disassembled pieces and mainly as paper graphics. It does take time and effort to put together. We used hot glue gun and spray can glue to get items made and dried fast. I purchased 5 of these kits in different sets for my 12 year old daughter Christmas presents. Good bonding time while being crafty and using our minds and hands, rather than aimless electronic entertainment. I'm happy with the purchase.

Great miniature. The only bad thing that the book is in Chinese. I had to print the English version myself, which took up a lot of my ink and paper. (extra expense). I think that if you ship these kits to the United states, the book and other materials should be in English. Also their should be a large diagram in English on the different wooden parts to be able to fit the parts on the diagram. A lot of the tiny wooden parts look the same and very hard to distinguish. A diagram of the parts would be very helpful. I did finish the kit though and it does look beautiful. I really enjoyed making this miniature.

I would only recommend this if you have ALL the time in the world! You literally need to put each piece together piece by piece, even cutting fabrics! It took me about 1 hour to just put the sofa together, and it dose not look as pretty as the pictures for sure. It also does not come with glue, i had to use mine. So thats extra money. Unless you have hours and hours to spend, and you are super handy, i do not recommend.

Ok so I have only put together a few pieces of the furniture so far. The instructions are a little overwhelming at first but easy to follow once you get going. It's SO CUTE. I love it. I will post more pics soon! It's so fun to put together.

Very hard and difficult putting together. Makes look so easy but it is not.

This was a bit tinier than I prefer, but since that’s personal preference I wouldn’t remove any stars. The kit was orderly and complete. The finished result was adorable.Great for adults or teens who love to create miniatures!

I used my own paper, fabric, and flooring. Instructions were in Chinese but I was able to figure it out from the color photos. I've done similar kits in the past so that helped. Very fun and satisfying to put together. Seems a little pricey for something so small but it provided hours of entertainment so it's worth it!
