Candy Sugar Crystals Edible Food Sweetners Mouthfreshner Sweet Herbal, 500G

Ordered two separate batches. First batch came on time and so did the second. I was hoping to use them for a geode cake but they are too small and too uniform in shape. However, I thought I'd use a non stick pan and slowly melt them down until some crystals were dissolved and some were still solid. After giving it a mix they crystallized together and look more like geode crystals than geode crystals do. Very happy and cant wait to paint them for for my daughter Birthday cake in a week. I will say that they do not take on the shape of rock candy that should be used for the cake but still a easier and quicker option. A TIP - I added food coloring as it was cooling before mixing.

Arrived after expected date. Sugar crystals larger than anticipated but should break down ok.

Although i couldve made my own and coloured them differently that way, it was 10000x easier to buy the plain white ones and colour them with food colouring and water! They made my life so easy, theyr were all different shapes and sizes to look more natural and rustic and they looked incredible on the finished product! So, so happy and they meant i didnt have to buy 4 different coloured crystals

The media could not be loaded. The sugar crystals are much smaller than the ones shown in the image. I managed to use them for my Geode cake but it took much longer than it should have. Would be fine if they were advertised at this size but it was misleading.

Just what I was looking for when making a geode cake for my granddaughters birthday. They were easy to colour and arrived in good time

I thought these pieces would be a lot bigger like the picture however they’re quite small. None the less it worked well for my geode cake.
