I can't evaluate its effectiveness, however the description stated now fish smell or taste, which is not true. I encountered a fishy smell as soon as I removed one of the capsules.

I always make sure to include RTG fish oil on my shopping list, particularly Dr. Brian's, since its small size makes it so easy to take.

Love that i get two pills in one with the fish oil and vit D. Also love that they are not as huge as regular fish oil. But they are not as small as they look. Still good though and the best deal I could find.

Tastes like fish and outside of capsules are oily.
