Exactly what I needed!
I have an old shop fox micro metal lathe and the thyristors fried on the control board. Couldn’t tell visually but the multimeter said they were the problem. It had BT151-500C but the data sheet for these said they were just slightly better specs. Soldered them in and they worked great! It used to blue fuses pretty frequently and has not blown a single fuse since I installed them. Very happy.
