We bought this because it was recommended by pizza chefs on YouTube.We use for pizza, focaccia, but also bread. The baking quality is great, it raises for 6-8hours with great results. It is absolutely delicious and have recommended the product to all our friends passionate about baking.

Consistently good bread results with this flour. Highly recommended. A bit pricey but you get what you pay for and itβs a world away from bog standard supermarket bread flour.

Good flour for panettone. The only thing I have noticed is that is a little bit hard to absorbs fat. But overall I am happy with the product.
