This SAM-e works great!
Most SAM-e comes in 400 mgs; I really like the extra 100 mgs for about the same money. I've been taking SAM-e for years and this brand works very well. It elevates my lower back pain almost immediately. I like the container as well; its opening is wide enough to just reach in & grab one. overall, very satisfied. Would recommend to a friend!

Easy to swallow but easy to spill as well.
Pills well coated and easy to go down, seem to have a similar -though slightly less effective impact(previous pill I used were capsules) if you have low stomach acid you may need to use something to boost your digestion. I boost at the meals and a small amount of a vinegar drink with pills to help digest and absorb well.Do wish the container had a larger lip interior or other way to reduce spillage if knocked over. large opening makes for bigger spills but container shape and how little is in the jar lessens mess. -if you have little kids be aware super easy to open

Easy to swallow pills
The pills are easy to swallow. I take these on an empty stomach and have not had any GI issues.

Great price for the milligrams
I've taken Sam e or years. This is a higher milligram count. So far so good on it.
