As this couldn’t climb the stairs, we bought another…. No problems all great carpet and wooden floors does a great job….. best weve owned and weve had a few….

This is a considered purchase. However it is one of the best things we have bought. We have set it up to vacuum at night while we are in bed and it's lovely getting up to clean rooms. It's quite quiet, blows air into the corners so they also get cleaned. Just wish we had got one sooner. It is easy to set up out of the box. You can even get it to do spot cleans on different parts of the house. A fantastic purchase that was well worth the money.

Bruce was doing great worked perfect no issues and now he has stopped connecting to the wifi. (Nothing has changed on the wifi side) It takes a ridiculous amount of effort to try and reconnect. When he’s not connected to the Wi-Fi, he doesn’t do the schedule daily Cleaning.Mapping is great and works fine but as well at the same sort of time the Wi-Fi stopped working he seems to have become stupid and now bumps into things all the time tries to go under sofas which clearly can’t get into and never did try before. not sure what’s happened will be returning unfortunately as it was doing so well at the beginning

UPDATE- avoid buying this from Amazon. They will not replace faulty items even within 30 days of buying this item. So I was given the choice a a refund and then buying the item again at a higher price. I think a clear breach of our UK consumer rights.This item has mapped the whole upstairs and still only cleans one room. Shark send nice emails but no real help and support.Tried to buy this three times directly with Shark and there were issues in their merchant payment system. Bought it on Amazon and then tried to register the warranty through the Shark App- even though it automatically uses the devices serial number and product code it says it doesn’t recognise them and I have to email Shark to try and get this registered. I have encountered mapping issues- the device just decides not to clean some rooms or it seems to only clean the threshold of a room.On the positive the device cleans well and it’s sold me on a robovac- they are great. If u are dithering- don’t just get one. I wouldn’t get this one or Shark. If it’s not sorted this week then it’s going back and there is no way for the downstairs I am likely to buy Shark. I would look at other brands and reviews. There just seems to be too many mapping issues if you look at the general feedback

Got this on a black Friday deal. We've had other robot vacs before this one, this is the first self-emptying one we have had. The tank needs emptied a lot more often than advertised but we do have three kids and a dog in the house. It notifies you when it needs emptied. Very easy to set up, works with the app and the alexa.

This is the 3rd robot vac I have owned and so far it's been great, it very rarely gets stuck like the others and clears pet hair efficiently. I would say don't set a routine overnight as the dust transfer to the large station is noisy and will wake the house up!

I bought this back in November 2024. It was great to start with and then 3 weeks later it decided it would no longer connect to any WiFi connections. Amazon were great and replaced it. The second one again started off great but then after 3 months decided it would ignore the rooms that I sent it to and just do part of the lounge instead. I’ve remapped to see if that sorts the problem but it doesn’t. It will no longer matrix clean set rooms which means it doesn’t clean very well at all. It all seems to be a software/app problem. I’m fed up with it now so am researching to find something better to replace it with. Not worth the money, there are far better options than this out there.
