Only used one but very sharp indeed, went through my sourdough like a hot knife through butter.I like the double edged blades as i am left handed so good for me. The blade guards are very robust and i can see them lasting a long time, not made of flimsy plastic. Blades very east to change.Word of warning the blades are very sharp.
