It makes it convenient to have two so that another can be used while the other is being washed, or if one just wears out I have a back up. The material is like a hard acrylic. It is non-pour and really easy to wash out. This definitely makes it possible to use with multiple members of our family since it’s easily sanitized. It also comes with three different size balls for different breathing capabilities. It’s fairly easy to assemble by just removing the top and inserting the cone and setting the ball inside the cone and resecuring the top. There is no batteries or charging or need to plug-in.

I really haven't had the flutter valve long enough to teii if it's going to work. I do think it costs way too much. It's built fine, but is very simple madeof plastic and some ball bearings. I canGet the same effect better gurgling with salt water.
