Q: Does the board come pre-assembled?

When i revived the board it was in component pieces including a Circuit board, 7x SIP headers, a switch, and dozens of green screw terminal blocks. All had to be soldered to the Board. approx 110 solder joints.

Q: How do I assemble the board? Is there a video?

There is no video that I know of but assembling the board is fairly straightforward. Assuming you have good soldering skills. There are outlines for the reset button and double row pin header. The remaining headers can be installed by following the photos on Amazon. As for the green screw terminals, they need to be snapped together in the appropriate number of terminals per side. They come in 2s and 3s. Like I said above, the photos on Amazon can be a great reference help.
